The pilot light on my water heater went out, and I called them in to take a look,. Jason suggested we replace the heater since it was 10 years old. He suggested a more expensive brand that I planned, but I went with his advice. Within the next 4 weeks the flame light keeps going about again. I keep calling them, and they either don't receive the call, or keep saying they havent got a replacement thermocouple. The thermocouple costs all of $15, and they charged me thousand for the replacement. Thety dont care about their reputation once theyve received their payment.
Poor service, and would not recommend.

YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. These men are about the most dishonest people you will ever deal with in your life. You have been warned. They ran me the hamster wheel for a whole month and yet failed woefully at getting task completed. The care nothing about customer service, its all lip service. Do not believe one word that comes out of their mouth whether its Jason, Dominic, Myra, Max, whatever other creature you reach over the phone. They will show up quickly to take your money and after that they disappear into thin air and start making stories up when you call. The owner of this company is very DISHONEST. Do not touch them with a 100 foot pole.

Do not use this company! They were chosen by my landlord's home warranty company. Technician was very nice. They told me the heater was under manufacturer warranty. Supposedly the part was ordered from the manufacturer and would be shipped to me. Once received, I was supposed to contact them to install it. I never received the part. Every time I call, I am told this has been "escalated to the lead technician". After a week of calling I finally figured out that the lead technician is Jason. I called his number and told him I still had not received the part..... 3 weeks later. He claimed "dispatch" had not contacted him about this and assured me he would check the status and call me back. 4 days later, I still had not heard from Jason. I called him and left a message. I called the office and was told the same nonsense..... Peter answered. This is the 2nd time Peter has assured me this will be "escalated" to the lead technician. I asked to speak to a manager or the owner. Peter put me on hold for 10 minutes, returned to the line and said he was unable to reach a "manager" but left a message. I requested the name of the manager that I was assured would call me back. Of course, it is Jason. Apparently, the elusive lead technician, Jason, is the owner of this company and his team covers for him. Either that or they are all liars. Regardless, this company took money for a repair they did not complete. The home warranty company says they approved the part and the Water Heater Guys have been paid for this service. Nearly a month later, I still don't have a working water heater and they still have never contacted me regarding completing the service they were already paid to do. This is not an honest or reputable company. Not sure how they have so many positive reviews but when I searched for 1 star reviews, I found many others have had a similar experience. I am disgusted that they have wasted my time and lied to me. It seems it would be less stress to just do the right thing. Now they have another negative review.

Amazing service. I believe the other reviews must be fake because I recommended them to every friend and family member I have. Referred 3 other people who had tankless water heaters installed by the water heater guys and they all raved about how good the experience was. I even got referral fees! Couldn't be happier don't listen to the others. My family will continue using the water heater guys for life!

Just paid $4700 for new tankless from them that was a switch out from my new tankless that froze. It's been over a week. Haven't had consistent hot water or a decent shower since. Repeated loss of hot/pressure daily, and I have to climb in to attic and push reset button multiple times. Unit leaks and I'm just waiting for the flood to happen. If you get an "appointment" they don't show up until you call and bother them hours later and then it's like you're an annoyance. Very disappointed and I do NOT recommend.

Jason, was no show. I waited and waited for him and he didn't bother calling me or canceling the appointment. Don't say you are going to do something if you can't do it.

Jason originally installed a tank-less water heater in my property a few years ago. He didn't clean up the mess afterwards leaving behind a lot of saw dust from the cuts he made to install the electrical lines. The electrical lines were not straight and put in a very sloppy fashion. I chose not to complain to him about it as it seemed petty and I notified the contractor that referred me to him. The contractor came by and confirmed the work was not up to par and he would have expected better from Jason.
The reason I am writing this review today is that we had much bigger issues with Jason. Our hot water heater stopped working during warranty period. He was slow to respond to our needs for the system he installed. The best he did for us was to text a YouTube video on how to reset the flow system and a promise to swing by the property to take a look. After we tried the instructions on the video it was apparent this was not the issue. Jason then went dark on me and my contractor who continued to call and text for nearly a week. He ignored all voicemails and text messages. All along my 6 year old, brother and I are enjoying daily cold showers. We contacted the manufacturer direct and was told there is a faulty implement in this model that he provided us. They mailed us the part and we found another plumber to install it to fix our problem. 3 + weeks no hot water in our home. Moral of the story is this plumber doesn't stand behind his product, his work nor will he support you after he is paid.
P.S. Jason you didn't tie down the electrical lines at the break box when you installed the unit as they kept tripping after your install. My electrician came out and stated it could have set fire to our home and all the rubber around the lines had melted back several inches.
