I have been using this company for many different services (water heater and plumbing issues) practically since their inception. It's always been amazing service. Unfortunately, I called a month ago because I had issues with my septic backing up and standing water in my showers. They told me they could fix the problem and it'd cost around $90. They came out, tore up 1/4 of my front yard, never put it back, told me they couldn't fix the problem, charged me a $40 trip fee, and have yet to return to put my sod back into my place. My front yard is a disaster. I called back, and the owner said he would come back and fix it to the way it was. He has never returned or called. To top it off, he was dodging calls from my cell phone for 2 weeks. I finally wisened up and called him from a different cell number. He immediately answered. Then he started yelling at me, asking what I was trying to start with him. I wasn't trying to start ANYTHING with him. I just want my sod put back into place in my front yard (like it was before their atrocious visit)!! Buyer Beware.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...If there was 1/2 of a star thats what i would have picked the owner or who ever answers the phone is so unprofessional seems very young and obnoxious.. Begging about how cheap he is (yes he is cheap) if it wasnt for the water heater was already out and the kid that came to install was the nicest and to top it half of the day was gone i would have said forget it. So rude too bad so young and won't get anywhere doing business like that. The worker that came here nicest guy.

They worked with me on scheduling and and their installers were very helpful, clean and efficient. For a big project like a hot water heater replacement as a first time homeowner, this type of speed and service is greatly appreciated.

Terrible, DO NOT HIRE THEM! If I could provide -1 star, I would. They came to my place to change the kitchen faucet and replace a leaky hot water valve in the kitchen. I left $130 to pay for the $125 they charged. When I got back home, the valve for the spray had been replaced for a cap, the spray was gone and they never left the change. When I called, they blamed it on me for buying the incorrect faucet (although they never communicated the issue via phone or message) and offered to give the change on the next job. On top of it all, they never sealed the sink with silicone. Rude, not customer focused and irresponsible, non- communicative. TERRIBLE JOB, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

do not ever contact the water heater guys!!! they made 3 different schedule to work on my kitchen plumbing after not being on time and not having a simple snaking tool and a plumber to do the job, they still charged me a fee !!!! they are not only reliable, but scammers and incapable to do any jobs. a nightmare!

Called this am at 9:30 for a kitchen faucet replacement I was told between 1 and 2 hours for plumber. 1 hour later the plumber rang bell and proceeded to take out old faucet and replace it with new faucet. Great service clean fast and same day service I called several other plumbers and home repair services most did not return calls or had week waiting time. This is the go to plumber in SWF absolutely no complaints....Simply the best.....Priced reasonable for same day service......

I called about buying a water heater from them and was told very rudely that there would be no warranty unless it was installed by them. I verified with the manufacturer that this was absolutely NOT true! Glad he was so rude, I went elsewhere!

Not much more, I can say other than I'm very picky and want thing's done right. The entire experience with this company was enjoyable from the sale to the technicians to the completion. I enjoyed every bit of it.
