They are the best! When I called in, they got me an appointment that night. I was not happy about taking cold showers!! They got my water heater repaired and even helped fix my kitchen sink. It was seriously such a small leak and it wasn't a big deal at all so they didn't charge me. I would call them again in a heartbeat!

Very impressed with them! They could've easily taken advantage of me and told me I needed a new water heater but they did just the opposite. They took care of me and replaced a small part that cost 1/10 of what a new water heater costs. If you're looking for smart plumbers who won't lie to you call them. Going to recommend them to anyone I know.

I needed someone to repair my water heater. A lot of places were full but these people could get me in the same day. I had the pleasure of meeting Michael. He was such a great person to be around. He gave great customer service and gave me lots of good information about things to avoid doing with my water heater and things to stay on top of. I would recommend using them if you're wanting your water heater fixed in the same day it stops working.

When I was searching through Yelp for the best plumbers I stumbled across The Water Heater Experts. Their great reviews caught my eye and I thought I would give them a call. After doing some research on water heaters I knew I needed to get a new one.


After I talked to one of their plumbers for a while it was clear that my water heater was well past its life span. I needed a new one badly. He chatted with me on his suggestion on what size I would need and asked if there were any upgrades I needed. I had an appointment with him for the next day.


He came to my place and starting doing the work right away. He hauled away the old water heater. I realized he had taken the old drip pan away. I told him I should've asked for this earlier but I would really like a new one with this water heater since it prevented leakage in my garage.


He took the time to go get a drip pan for me since he didn't have one handy and brought one back and installed it too. I know he was busy and took the time out of his day to do this for me so I'm super appreciative of it. I know it was an inconvenience but he was more than willing to do so for me.


I couldn't be happier to write such a positive review. They really did such a great job and deserve the business. They know how to treat customers with value and respect.

As far as I know these guys are the best. When I called them yesterday morning they answered on my first try, they set up an appointment with me for later that evening, and then the plumber was able to figure out the problem within a few minutes. He replaced a part that helped reignite my pilot light. If you're looking for same day service and good service at that, these are your guys. Thank you Dave and Water Heater Experts. Glad to have hot water again!

I needed a few new parts on my water heater. These guys were able to fit me in their schedule the next day after giving them a call. The plumber fixed it and was a super cool guy. He charged me the original price he said he would. Highly recommend them.

First time working with these guys but I really loved them! They have great communication and I was texting the plumber all throughout the morning and the evening before he came over. Very glad that they sent out Dave because he knew a lot about water heaters and what to do when it came time to replace mine. Not only did he help me replace my hot water heater but he checked out a few other things around the tank to make sure everything was up to code. I was asking him certain questions about prices, codes, and the necessities when it came to water heaters and he was very upfront and honest. It was like I was talking to a good friend.

Terry was great!! He helped me and my broken water heater. He was really nice and he gave me a run down of how long hot water heaters should last, and how to upkeep them. Highly recommend he was the best!

So I went into panic mode when my hot water heater started leaking everywhere and I was unable to get ahold of my landlord. Go figure. Called and immediately picked up by Dave. He was so friendly over the phone. He patiently instructed me how to turn off the water going into the tank preventing any further damage. Was impressed I was able to, since I am far from handy. Informed my landlord but Unfortunately he chose to go with a different plumbing service to have the water heater replaced.

This call was for a same day emergency hot water heater replacement service. Excellent service and communications throughout the half day process. Very reasonably priced. Overall I was very satisfied and would definitely use them again!
