This man came to our house to service our water filter tank. When he arrived my father showed him where the tank was, he said that the tank was too small for our house, unless it was just one person living here. My father told him it was more than one person and he suggested that we get a bigger unit. He also inspected the tank we had and it was leaking water and the valve showed a lot of signs of aging. My father said that this man was one of the most gentle spirited man he has ever met! He went as far as telling us the unit he would install and why he recommended this unit! My father who doesn't trust anyone made up an excuse for him not to order it; in hopes that he could find it cheaper online. When he looked up the tank and valve, the unit was going for 700-1,500 dollars in price range not including installation. Rich gave us a great deal and only charged us a little over $700.00 that included labor and taking the old tank with him. Unbelievable how honest and fair this man was!

If you're looking to hire someone to repair or replace your water filtration system, this guy is a great choice. Rich, we'll see you in one year!

The Water Guy-Rich Rockelmann in Egg Harbor Twp provides timely, quality & affordable service! We could not be more pleased Rich started his own water conditioning, service & repair business in Cape May & Atlantic (NJ) Counties. Rich always returns calls, follows through on appointments (not always the case in CMC)--and does really,really great work at fair and reasonable prices. Since our previous water conditioning/ service company went out of business, we had difficulty finding any kind of suitable replacement. When we heard Rich had started his own business 2013-14--he was our next call. A pleasant and detailed professional, Rich has eased our minds with regards to all future water conditioning/service for our home (which was all new to us). Regular deliveries of conditioning salt, annual system equip maintenance-along with some minor plumbing issues (i.e. piping leaks, replacing piping runs, outdoor showers etc) are some of the services Rich can handle. Rich is the kind of guy with high standards, demeanor, experience and talent homeowners appreciate in all service folks working in the home. Highly recommend making the same call we made to The Water Guy!
