Rick is a wonderful plumber to work with. My company has used him several times for our buildings! He calls back quickly and is usually available the next day. I highly recommend The Water Firm!

Rick was Awesome. He responded to our home within 1 hr of our phone conversation. I diagnosed the problem quickly and quoted a fair and reasonable price. He completed the repair professionally. I'll never call anyone else for our plumbing needs!

I called twice over 2 weeks (a month ago) to his number and left messages.
His house is less than mile from mine. He never returned my call.
I saw his truck in front of his house once when I called, but no response.
Be aware that he may not respond, so don't place all your hopes here.

At the start, Rick was great. He took care of my issue, even on a Friday evening. After paying him, I asked when he was available for more work around my place and to please send me an invoice. Not only do I not have an invoice, but he doesn't return my calls or texts. This puts me in a real bind since the charge is from a squarespace address that lists an e-cig shop. That's not going to fly with the IRS since this is a rental property. Bummer because he seemed great at first.

Rick is a great guy, and a great plumber. I bought my house a year ago and have had a few plumbing problems. He's always quick to respond and come over, always great at explaining what's wrong and how he is fixing it, does excellent work, and has fair prices. I can't recommend him enough.

*Triple* plumbing emergency handled quickly, efficiently, and at a cost I don't think can be beat! 1961 era bathroom sink rusted out and had to be completely replaced and with new faucet hardware and pipes, toilet innards disintegrated and flush arm broken, kitchen disposal and pipes corroded out and started watering the kitchen tiles last night. When it rains, it pours! Rick was at my home within just an hour and a half, and completed all work within 3 hours (including a nearby parts run for porcelain sink and garbage disposal), and I paid LESS than $600 total - including both parts and labor! Other quotes received for same work ranged from $1000 to $2500 (gag, sputter, cough, choke). Rick was very good, knew his plumbing stuffs, and actually made recommendations for *saving* on my costs vs padding the bill. Everything... EVERYTHING... works well, now, and I still have money in the bank. I'd fully expected to pay double my final costs. Very pleased with the work completed and with Rick's attitude and true professionalism. He's not a salesman, he's a plumber; and, from my experience, he's a darn good plumber at that. Completely painless experience. I kept his card, and asked for a few extras to hand out to my neighbors facing similar plumbing issues in our condo complex. Oh, that's another thing, I didn't have to have my building's water shut off, the valves next to all my fixtures worked just fine. I didn't have to try and wait it out for my management company's slow response time or put my immediate neighbors in a crunch, either. Other companies wanted building water shut off. Thanks again, Rick!

Rick is the shiznit. He quickly and efficiently fixed my toilet, and showed me what had happened. I also had him proactively replace my water heater. I think he has an amazing work ethic and treats plumbing as a craft. We had a good discussion about what it takes to run a good business (I am a business owner myself). I think Rick is really on the ball and I will always use him.

I recently bought an older home that needed work. I found The Water Firm on Yelp. Rick, owner of The Water Firm, first replaced a 50 gallon hot water heater and all the related plumbing, including a new main water shut-off valve. He also fixed several leaky faucets. He was so knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable that I trusted him to come back and do a lot more work.
He then cleaned out the main sewer line, removed a large laundry sink, installed 2 new toilets, 3 new shower arms that were attached inside the wall, installed new faucets including new lines and valves, installed new plumbing for the washer water lines and drain bringing it up to code, and installed a new water line for the refrigerator ice maker.
I am so happy to know that I can call Rick for any plumbing problems or upgrades and he will do a great job for an affordable price. And some problems he resolves with a free solution rather than a costly fix. I highly recommend him.

I've never had to hire a plumber before, luckily the house we bought hasn't had any major water issues. But when my outdoor spigot froze and cracked, I realized that I couldn't shut off my main water supply because the gate valve had corroded to the point that it no longer functioned. Rick from the Water Firm called me back immediately, made it over ASAP, fixed everything quickly and efficiently while at the same time educating me on things relating to my house's plumbing.
I used Yelp to find the Water Firm and I'm glad I chose them over anyone else. They've definitely got my business for life, I can't imagine a nicer or more affordable plumber who is genuinely interested in helping people, not just turning a profit.

There are times when the YouTube do-it-herselfers, need to call a professional, and Rick is just that, but more than that Rick is friendly, honest, informative and the best deal in town! Call Rick First. I won't call any other. Thanks! Highly recommended!
