Michael D.Called because water heater pilot went out (no hot water), multiple attempts to re-light pilot per instructions on the device failed. I called the Village Plumber (It was a Sunday... just earlier today actually). Turned out I was in luck because they were jus finishing up a job nearby. They stopped by and took a look. Plumber was actually able to get my water heater restarted. He did that for no charge (I assume since he was in the area already). Even so, he could have stated it was a service call on a Sunday even. He however offered advice on how to check it and simply left his business card. THANK YOU! I will definitely call back if I have more problems!

Cheryl F.Had a pipe burst..left a message and never got a call back. Called the office at 10AM when they didn't call back..still on an automated message machine. Apparently they don't need the work if they can't take the time to return calls.
