Very disappointed. Saw lots of positive reviews, so we called Mr Hull to come fix a toilet issue. He did 5 minutes of work with a plunger & charged $185. He said that should fix it but to call him if the problem returned. About 10 days later, it did. Now he will not answer my calls. I take no issue with his charges for good work. Im in the trades & understand it takes years to be able to work quickly. The issue is he didnt fix the problem & now he's avoiding a return trip at his own cost. He isnt standing behind his work. And to screen calls is simply unprofessional. Really expected more integrity. Will never call Village Plumber again.

This plumber was the quickest to reply to my request for an estimate on replacing my Hot water heater. Furthermore, he provided the best value out of the 3 who responded. He was able to do the work the next day (I didn't reach out until the end of the current one). He arrived within a few minutes of the time frame he gave. One minor thing, they hadn't turned the breaker on as they prepared to leave, when questioned it was taken care of and he offered to return if the temperature wasn't satisfactory once the water heated.

Fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We live in Colorado, so picking someone in Arkansas that you can trust to complete a job at a reasonable price, can be tricky. Our daughter, the Arkansas resident, said that Tim came out, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in fifteen minutes. THIS GUY IS THE BEST!!!! Had him out to fix leak under sink and running toilet. Fixed both but leak continued. He returned, located A DIFFERENT leak and fixed it. Refused payment second time. Courteous, professional, reasonable, and honest. Hard to find these days. A++
