The Unstoppers Complete Plumbing

I had a serious drain problem in one of my bathrooms. I had tried to snake the drain myself, but was not successful. I called two plumbers who snaked the same drain. The water backed up in the main soil stack after only 30 hours for the first plumber. The second Plumber's job kept the drain open for about one week, but he told me to have a plumber use a camera if the pipe stopped up again. It stopped up again. I called Un-Stoppers and they sent Travis and Bo out with a camera. I have a two story home, so they pulled the upstairs toilet that was having the problem and ran the camera down. To make a long story short, they discovered that my drain pipe under my cement slab had collapsed. It was Orangeburg pipe. They sent two more plumbers, Lee and Mikey, to fix my problem. They removed the concrete, took out the old, collapsed pipe, and replaced with new pipe. They were absolutely excellent in starting and completing this huge project. I am thankful that I found an honest Plumbing company that knows what they are doing. Also, their repair bill was reasonable and well worth the finished product. I will hire this company again if I need a plumber in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Several days ago, I experienced a water damage problem in my home due to a blockage in the pipes that rendered my three toilets upstairs non-operational. That alone would frustrate a homeowner, but I also felt a panic attack of the unknown because I did not know what was happening, why it was happening, and how it would be resolved. Well, after making a call to my home warranty company, I received a call from a representative from Unstoppers. The plumber was in my home the next day and he put me at ease, when he explained what was happening and the procedures to correct the problem, not only that but he came equipped with the necessary equipment to fix the problem. Usually, when dealing with a contracted company, you may expect that someone will try to take advantage of you, especially, if they sense that you may know nothing about their profession. Well, in that area, the plumber once again made me feel at ease because instead of boosting up prices on things, my plumber, ensured me that he would not take advantage of me because he believes in quality work and providing quality customer service at economical prices. He proved that to be true to me, so much so, that I requested for this same company twice more for my plumbing issues. Every Unstoppers Plumber that spoke with me and worked on my plumbing issues were very diligent in working to resolve the problem expeditiously. From the phone contact of the Unstoppers Representative to each time the Unstoppers Plumbing Team went into action to do what they do best, they never ceased to showed me why they deserve a five star rating...The quality of the work for the price that I had to pay is A+, #1, which is (*****) Five Stars to me.

The company, which I had an issue with at first, made things right when given an opportunity to do so. Gary worked very hard to fix our problem. He was professional, had a great attitude and a very pleasant demeanor. He also called the next morning to follow up and see if everything was working properly. So it's my pleasure to update this review to reflect that they took care of us.

This company is a night mare. They were assigned by my warranty company. I called to set up an appointment which I did. Then I had to call right back and change it to the following day - which I did. Then the plumber calls me on the morning of the wrong day and says he's on the way. So that got cancelled. Then the next day comes and goes and no plumber. Meanwhile I had left a message on Monday, and again on Tuesday - I have the phone record to prove I made the call. Both times the guy says he never got a message. They also don't answer the call at 9:00 when they are suppose to be open for business. So then on the day of the appointment, around 1100 or noon, I call him. He tells me they are running behind - okay - it happens. Then he tells me they still plan on getting to me that day and they will call in the afternoon with an update. (And yes, the moon is pink.) So after no call I get back with him and he tells me its going to be the next day. I remind him that he told me he would call me with an update. He didn't remember that just like they never got my message off the answering machine. Okay, so the next day is here and I call them at 9:00, no one answers, leave message, no one returns it. I call back later and he assures me that they are in that area of the city and they will call me when he is on the way. Next text is from the tenant that the plumber has come and gone. They lied about me leaving a message (unless their answering machine is broke or they don't know how to use it) and they are incapable of doing what they say they are going to do or follow up on anything they say they are going to follow up on. I'd go find another plumber.

Lynn is outstanding. Plumbing is never cheap, but he helped us make a good decision that was the best use of the money. He could have upsold us and taken us for more, but he didn't. All around a great experience, and I'll use them again if I'm in need of a plumber.

Excellent service. Denise in the office is professional and a good communicator. But, the star of the show was plumber Lynn who came to our home for a toilet leak repair. He has years of experience and it shows. I would highly recommend Un-Stoppers to any homeowner!

This company is a joke, they literally just charged my family $75 to tighten a bolt on our water heater. They were 3 hours late to my home and completely took advantage of my family.
