Total fly by night operation. They ""fixed"" a clog that became clogged again within days. Won't return my calls or texts. Overcharged me for a toilet which I only found out when the SECOND plumber came out to fix my clog. I would not recommend their services. Communication is poor and be prepared to OVERPAY. Terrible experience.

Dave went out of his way to help me. Same day service for a clogged sewer line. After waiting for a plumber who never showed up, I communicated with Dave. He asked specific questions to assess problem and guaranteed he would come that evening. He did and even showed up early!!!! Problem solved and life moves in!! Thank you Dave!!!!!!

I searched around to find a plumber to do hydro-jetting, which is supposed to be a great way to unclog older pipes that have built-up gunk. I called David, with the Unplugger, and he said they don't do hydro-jet, but that a snake would be plenty to fix this issue. I was hesitant, but he assured me it would clean things out.

David was nice, came and snaked it, and things seemed ok until it wasn't a week later and it was gurgling again. I reiterated my concern the snake wasn't enough, but he said he would come out again. Even after the second time he snaked it - same issue. His work didn't seem to make any difference.

I asked him for a refund and he never responded.

Update: I texted him again after this review and he finally got back to me. 3+ no show/no communications this week and he finally showed up the 4th time. The drain issue does now seem to be resolved, but still 3 stars due to communication issues.

Very happy with the service!

We had loose piping and spout had to be replaced due to reverse leakage. Dave took his time and even spared us having to cut through drywall to try and secure the piping behind the fiberglass shower. Dave was understanding and pleasant. The price included hardware and labor, which was also fair.

Dave Sr. Was on time, fast, clean, affordable, and efficient! He not only got the item that was stuck in my toilet out he went above and beyond doing some tinkering for me! I also asked him last minute too unclog the other toilet in the house for me and he did as well as replace something that was broken for me! I definitely recommend them, they were able to come out the next day as well and made the process very easy and stress free. I know who to call if I ever need a plumber again!

Dave was wonderful. He came on short notice on the weekend and spent much longer than he had planned as he ran into more than I thought was wrong. He did an excellent job! He was very kind, professional and respectful. I would definitely recommend him. Thanks for the great service Dave!

Dave McNair is a friendly, competent plumber. He trouble shoots first to find the source of the problem rather than fixing parts that aren't broken. He was able to unplug the stem inside wall of bathtub/shower. He also cleaned two drains and showed me the clogged aerators in both of my sinks. He is tidy and polite. The cost of the repair was close to his estimate and he did more work than expected. I am a relieved and happy customer. Will definitely call him again if needed.

We saw the high ratings so we hired them to help unclog our drain in the kitchen. They were professional and were good communicating fees and status.

They seemed to fix the issue but it returned a few days later. They guarantee their work, and honored that. Even going above and beyond with some extra attention in the garbage disposal drains.

They also didn't treat us as a non-priority with the warranty work, even though the repair was free because of the warranty. They made us feel like a priority.
