I just got off of the phone with David about mold in my shower drain. He told me the options and what I could do to try to fix it on my own on my limited budget. How many companies will do that?? He's a super nice and helpful guy. If I had the funds, their treatment sounds very effective and I would go for it.

I'm sending in another review for Twin Home Experts because it is well earned. Elmer came out after I called about a huge leak to my main water line. He was so professional and a pleasure to work with. He gave me a competitive price and started work that day! Two days later, my entire main water line was replaced and his team left my property in perfect condition.

Elmer and his team were amazing! I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing job you have. They are, without a doubt, the best in LA!

Twin Home Experts was strongly recommended to me by someone who has used successfully used them for many years. Their service call was unfortunate, and from what I've heard, definitely an anomaly. Once I contacted them with my issues, they were quickly very responsive and within a few hours resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Their response to me sets them apart, in an excellent way, and again, my experience with the service call was an anomaly.

THESE GUYS ROCK!!!! I'm a realtor who had a buyer in escrow on a townhouse. We were very short on time to be able to bring in a leak detection expert. One of the owners of the company Jim called me back as soon I placed the first call (when other companies wouldn't even return my call). I was impressed with that in the first place. He managed to squeeze us in within one day!! Before coming over I had a lot of questions and I called him a lot, Jim always answered or called me right back, I really appreciated that. He managed to find the source of the leak immediately and gave us a great price!! What more could we ask for! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES! You'd be a fool not to use these guys!! I'm a customer for life and so is my buyer

Great technician- Raul. Very fast, did the trick. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is I contacted them through Yelp and they said they would get back quickly, but I had to call them a few days later. Still, I would recommend.

I called around to find a company who could test for and handle mold-abatement in the guest house I rent ASAP. Jim and Co. were the early birds, so I went with them. They were communicative, prompt, thorough and friendly. While the instruments didn't show significant airborne mold in test results, after I pulled up the floorboards in the closet, I encountered a significant growth on the underside of the floorboards. Jim requested pics of the growth in order to set up a plan, and contacted me swiftly with an estimate and scope of work that I could send to the property owner to facilitate repairs.

After sending pics in to the THE, we set up an appointment to get the situation handled. They accomplished the job with professionalism and quality, assuring me that there would never be another issue with mold growth in that area again. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is the property owner did grouse a bit about the cost of repairs. As far as I'm concerned, however, you get what you pay for and I personally wouldn't bat an eye at the invoice given the peace of mind a quality job was done.

Despite the property owner's sticker shock, however, she did hire THE again a few months later when there was a roof leak and water damage in the main house. I thoroughly recommend this company and would not hesitate to contact them again should the need ever arise.

I called regarding a mold issue. The person who answered the call was very polite and the next day I had advisor Dalton at my property. Dalton advised me to just clean the area since it was very small. He did not try to push for unnecessary service.

My Mother's house had an extremely bad cause of mold, as well as my neighbor. I got a bit paranoid that I might have mold so I called The Twin Home experts for an appointment to do a mold test. Dalton just called me, and we discussed the situation. He talked me out of having the test done, and save the money. Boy, talk about an honest guy. Due to this, I would highly recommend him and the company!!

Very professional and courteous service. Terrific follow up. The technician came to our home, gave a free and honest analysis letting us know we didn't have any problems. He even took the extra step to take a moisture reading of the suspected problem area all without charging us anything. If we ever do have a real problem, I will definitely call back.
