Do not hire this company for anything! Manny was extremely hard to work with since sometimes they would show up and some times they wouldn't. Unless we called them daily regarding their work schedule, we never knew whether they were going to be on the job each day -- so terrible communication. Also, they took what should have been a week's project to complete a full month of having a bathroom torn up and unusable. The absolute worst was that one of their sub-contractors told us Manny asked them to add $1,000 to their part of the job and then give the additional money to Manny. Totally untrustworthy with questionable business ethics!

Had a hot water slab leak, called the to come locate the leak. A guy and girl came out and did have piece (I assume) of locating equipment. After going around the house with the equipment they said I had multiple leaks and one was in the wall. I told them it wasn't in the wall because there was no drywall damage or evidence of water damage. They said the leak could be anywhere as water can travel a long distance under the slab. they recommended a full house re-pipe. When they left I didn't know any more about where the leak was than they first showed up.
I called someone else and they were amazing, had more equipment and put an x on the floor exactly where the leak is. Got a good price on repairing it under the slab and not re-piping the whole house.

I called Friday around 1pm to schedule a gas leak detection and repair. I explained that SWG was out we have a leak they could not locate it. They shut the gas off until a repair was made. Twin Home rep said they can detect a leak with the gas off and repair anything that has to be opened to find leak. They said they could have someone out same day 5-7 window. At 5:20 the tech called me and said he did not have me on his schedule. He asked what was going on I updated him on everything. He reschedule me to Sat at 1pm. On Saturday 12 he called me to cancel and stated he does not have the equipment to perform the work and told me he could give me a number for someone to detect the leak and then he could repair it. I was beyond annoyed! This should have been communicated Friday when I scheduled. If they were honest Friday I could have had another company out but now I am stuck waiting until Monday to find a company. I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone!

I would give Twin Home Experts MORE than the five stars for the workmanship on our new shower install. They removed a garden tub and old shower in the master bath and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower. Chad and Chris were punctual, easy to work with, and kept the work area clean throughout the entire process.

In my opinion, the company's willingness to keep us updated and reach out to us when necessary would earn zero stars. The initial bid was done December 11. At that time we were told that we would receive an install date right after the holidays. That never happened so I called after several weeks. To make a very long story shorter, I had to call multiple times before construction finally began on Monday, January 31. I did not mind the delay at all, but we felt they should have kept us informed.

The job was 99% done, but couldn't be completed because of a missing piece of glass. Chad told us about it, and told me they would be in touch the following week. Again, no communication from Twin Home, so I had to do the calling. I was told they would be here one specific morning and they never showed and never called, so after waiting for more than three hours, once again, I had to call. In the company's defense, my calls were always returned, but it was truly frustrating that I had to initiate all the contacts.

The job is finally complete and looks wonderful, and you can bet they are willing to contact us NOW for final payment! Interesting. In summary, we are happy with the end result, but I suggest Twin Home works on communicating with customers. It just shouldn't be that difficult and would be the ""cherry"" on top of their excellent remodel and plumbing skills.

I never thought that it was possible, (giant poss)

Twin Home Experts came thru again. That's right a contractor that keeps his word and answers the phone, and shows up on time. WOW!

You see we hired Twin Home Experts about 14 months ago to design and install a beautiful Large shower. We worked closely with Manny to build the shower that they really wanted.

We discovered about 2 weeks ago that the master bedroom that the carpet was wet, behind the bedroom wall. I made 1 call and left a message, and before I could have my morning coffee, the phone rang and it was Manny. I must be honest I was shocked that Manny call and then came over the same day. In my experience contractors put warranty work behind current jobs. Not with Twin Home Experts. Manny showed up and took the lead and made our job the very first the very next day.

I gave 5 stars not only for the fine workmanship, but for Twin Home Experts ability to cause us to be relaxed thru the repairs Manny also followed-up after it was completed.

We really had a very pleasant experience with Twin Homes and the owner Manny. We had a bit of a stumbling block in terms of some difficulties behind the wall when we removed our tub and installed a shower. This could have been a relationship disaster but it was handled very well overall. His price was fair and his work was excellent. What more can we say?

These guys courteous and professional. I had an issue with mold growing around an old water heater and they replaced the entire platform and replaced the water heater for a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again!

We used Twin Home Experts to re-pipe our entire house. They removed all the old crumbling garbage PVC pipes in our walls and replaced them with the newer more durable PEX material. It was a 7 day grind but they got the job done. Manny ran the show and orchestrated it from beginning to end. His crew arrived promptly each day and worked very hard to get it done. Though most of our house did not have water for several days as they worked their way around, Manny was always sure that we had water running to our master bedroom at the end of each day so we weren't completely stranded. We were extremely nervous about seeing holes being cut in almost all the rooms in our house but they were able to patch everything up and leave the walls looking as though they were never there. We chose the Twin Home Experts because of their online reviews and their years in business. These guys know plumbing and are my goto pros. Highly recommend them.

Manny was wonderful! We had a problem with the tub faucet in the guest bath. It was very old and we were concerned that it couldn't be repaired. Manny to the rescue! He found the part and replaced it all in the same day. I would HIGHLY recommend Twin Home Experts for any home repair

I was planning to have my bathroom remodeled and got Twin Home Experts number from Angie's list. I called and we agreed on Tuesday, January 9 between 2-4 PM for Manny to come over and give me and estimate on the work I needed done. No Call No Show. If they can't keep a simple appointment for an estimate, I can't imagine what kind of work they do. Will not call or use this company.
