Denise S.Was over charged for changing a cartridge in my shower. The cartridge cost $ 40 at Home Depot. FREE if you could wait for Moen to ship a replacement. It took the plumber 15 minutes to complete the job. Charged $ 286.00 So, do the math, his plumbing company charged me at the rate of $ 984.00 an hour. !!!??? How outrageous. Thank heaven I didn't have a backed up toilet to clear.
