My tenants had an issue with slow draining toilet and shower. They called another company who came out and spent less than 10 minutes for the ""evaluation"" and said they need to pull the toilet to take a better look and it would cost 500 dollars. We declined and they still charged us 169 dollars for the ""service call"". My tenants then called Trenchless and they came out promptly and diagnosed and treated the issue after a video scoping and declogging for 99 dollars. The Trenchless was prompt, professional, and honest that it is common issue with build up of debris over time, which we suspected. Great 5 star service that is sometimes hard to find with other plumbing companies. Highly recommend Trenchless!!!

Did a full re-piping of the old galvanized water-in pipes in & under our home with US Trenchless, it was a bear of a job because of our very old house's quirks and the questionable obstructive placement a prior HVAC install had left them with, but they worked around those obstacles well and got us set with good water pressure, hot water (new water heater), and noticably less sediment in our water now.

Overall, we were happy with our experience with The Trenchless Co., but there were a couple glitches.

Years ago, we had a sewer line that broke because it was pushed up by a huge tree root, and roots had clogged the line. At that time, we had a giant hole dug in our front yard and a section of the pipe replaced by another company. Fast forward about 10 years, we had another major blockage, another company rooted it and told us we needed to tear up our yard again. We decided to wait and see, since the sewage seemed to be flowing without a problem, and we had just redone our landscaping!

Then 4 years later, about a month ago, our toilet was bubbling, and the tub and shower backed up with sewage again. I called another company to rooter it, they told us the whole line was full of roots, and charged us $268. They gave us a non itemized quote of $5800 to do a pipe burst and replacement, and suggested we get other estimates.

My next call was to TTC, and they sent Rahmein out to do an inspection and free quote. He was very professional, spent a lot of time with us and gave us quotes for either installing a liner in the pipe, or pipe bursting and replacement. They were both expensive, but the pipe burst was about $1000 more, and in addition to the hole that would need to be dug at the clean out, it would require a second hole dug out near the sidewalk. We didn't want our establisted landscaping destroyed, so we opted for the pipe liner.

A week later on a Friday, a crew showed up on time at 8:30am, and started digging around the cleanout next to our front door. The three man crew were nice guys, but we were not sure about their abilities. Turned out, we were right to be concerned. Mid-afternoon, they seemed to be panicking. Something went wrong when they tried to pull out the ""balloon"" liner that expands the resin liner and cures the resin with hot water. Apparently, the liner had collapsed and was no longer usable. So, they started digging up the front yard, having to remove the bender boards, ripping out our drip tubing, and removing a couple plants. They cut out the section of the sewer line where the liner had collapsed, and because it was getting late, they put a new section of pipe at both ends, so we would have a working sewer line over the weekend. They said that it was their mistake and would most likely have to do a pipe burst, but it wouldn't cost us any extra, and someone would contact us on Monday morning. By the time they left that Friday, it was very dark outside, so I suppose they weren't able to see what a mess they left behind. I spent over an hour the next day scraping mud off of our porch, walkway, and driveway, and hosing it all down so no one would track mud into the house.

The next day (Sat), our sewer line backed up again! In a panic, I called TTC and they sent a young man named Hunter. He was super nice and empathetic, and although at first he thought he couldn't do anything because there was no clean out in front anymore, he used a snake in our kitchen clean out on the back of the house, and it worked, thank goodness!

Monday rolled around and we didn't hear anything. Tuesday, I left a text for Rahmein, and he called back late in the day, saying he would try to get us on the schedule by the end of the week to finish the job. He told us that it did look like pipe bursting was necessary, and asked if we were OK with the extra $1000 we were originally quoted. We told him firmly that we were NOT OK with the additional charge, and he said he would talk to his boss. The next day, we received a text from TTC saying a crew would be here the following morning (Wed), and indeed, they were. Paul and Damien showed up early Thursday morning, assessed the situation and got to work. They were AWESOME! Unfortunately, they had to dig up even more of the front yard, but they did it in a more careful manner, and were concerned about the damage that had been done to our plants. They spoke to someone at the office, and told us that the company would be giving us a gift card from a nearby nursery, and lo and behold, a gift card for Green Acres in the amount of $150 arrived in the mail the next day!

In the end, we are pretty satisfied with the finished work. I know that many companies are short handed these days and TTC is super busy apparently, but I cannot give them a 5 star rating. We felt like we were left hanging for a few days, not knowing when our front yard would be back to normal, when we would be able to use our dishwasher and washing machine again, and we now have a lot of clean up work to do on our landscaping. At least I'm pretty sure we will never have another problem with our sewer line (knock on wood!!), and that makes it all worth it!

Had these guys give me second opinion on needing sewer line replacement and decided to have them do job since the reviews were good well they didn't come start job on promised day, we had them do pipe bursting and the techs did most of the work in 1 day, we did have problem with having to have a vent cover to crawlspace replace and a also they left alot of mud in the driveway and on street, also didn't level the dirt well after covering the holes where they excavated in backyard, the whole experience seemed rushed and I feel they could have done a better job with repairing damage considering that this was a 12k job, I really felt we were going with a top shelf company and didn't get that impression after all was done, probably should have went with Bell Brothers, but you Live and Learn, just a bit of advice to you to treat customers homes with Respect.

I called them re: a clogged kitchen sink and, of course, the next day we had a large family dinner planned so we needed it fixed asap. They scheduled us that Saturday evening & within 2 hours had a technician out to snake the kitchen drain. I highly recommend!

I thought the company was good, outstanding even. But the first good rain showed me something different and frankly amateurish.

My clogged pipe is fixed and my toilets are no longer clogging and thats a good thing. However, they had to remove a section of sidewalk to make the repair and therein lies the problem.
They obviously did not repack the dirt underneath the sidewalk so that the area that they dug has sunken along with the section of sidewalk they removed and re-installed.

Not happy anymore.

Our kitchen sink clogged, my husband called to the Rooter company and he said it's reach the roots, the only way to fix it is to get high pressure it's caused us 2100 discounted already. I said no, so I tried this Trenchless company, very nice guy, at first he was not able to fix it due to much water, he used the snake 75 feet, then come again the foll day with no charge and explain that they will come Saturday to use high pressure and they only charge us 300 and able to fix it. Highly recommend, very honest and respectful

Having plumbing issues is never fun and finding out the best way to fix our issue was a complete replacement was a bit stressful, but the Trenchless Co was great to work with! Rah took lots of time to show us the issue with a camera, brainstorm possible solutions to fix the issue, gave us multiple quotes for the variety of options, and was patient with us as we got quotes from others and ultimately came back to ask him more questions and move forward with one of the options with him...he and Darrin were also very nimble when we subsequently needed to change the proposed solution after signing contracts due to unforeseen circumstances. Rah was very thorough in diagnosing the problem, fair and competitive with the bid(s), and did his due diligence in answering all of our very detailed questions. Everyone that came to our house to work on this project was professional and thorough in their work - thank you to Freilyn, Damian, and Wes for the hard work in the hot sun and for all the coordination with Rah, Vince, Norm, and even Darrin the General Manager who came to our house for the city inspection. Everyone was great about answering our questions and involving us in the process. The office staff were also very delightful to work with and timely at getting us final invoices and coordinating with Darrin for our final requests. We were very pleased with all the people we worked with through this company for all the facets of this project and would recommend this pleasant company to anyone finding themselves in the unpleasant situation of needing to repair their sewer!

First off this is the first time I have ever written a yelp review.... That being said, I had a leak in the main water line coming in to the house. I called the Trenchless Co. for a ""Free"" Estimate. Rahmein came out and started poking around the water meter (which was flooded) After moving a couple of rocks he determined that the leak was between three to five feet from the meter. He then wrote up an estimate for $3,000.00 which he said was the best they could do because of their ""expertise"" in finding leaks. I decided to get an additional estimate which was for $850.00 The technician started digging where Rahmein had left his little flag..... Four hours later and five feet away the technician finally discovered the leak. No where near where TTC said it was. I cancelled the contract for TTC and received a phone call from Rahmein saying I owed the $295.00 fee for finding the leak. I told him I didn't think I owed that much, he started yelling at me and hung up on me. I then received a call from someone named Vince who wanted a picture which I sent him. He stated that if the leak was not close they would not charge the $295.00. I then received a third call from another manager stating that they did too much work and were charging me the $295.00. This company has the worst customer service and there prices are way out of line. Obviously very hard up for the $295.00 if they have to have three different people call. Not sure how they stay in business! Horrible Experience!! They had me give them a check for $298.00 which was a 10% charge for getting me on the schedule for the work to be done. They cashed that check. Not sure how ethical that is! Fish rots from the head down!
