Welp, it's four years later and I had a drain clog. As stated in last review, would have my business in the future because of comms :).

Eric saved the day. My toddler had flushed stuff down the toilet and blocked the mainline. Eric checked the line to city sewer and it was clear. Then the search for the clean out began. We walked all around the house and dug through the bushes to no avail. So, we tried the clean out from the kitchen. Inspecting the mainline Eric found the clog at the clean out. Using the camera was able to figure out the general path to the clean out. Then Eric went the extra mile and dug through the tough bushes to find the clean out hidden under 10+ year old ground bushes. Eric was able to clean out the clog and my family of five could use our two toilets again. Eric responded within 1 hour of my phone call, so that was great. Really luck to find this company on Yelp.

I don't know where to start, other than to say I wished I called them first. After 3 others plumbers, money down the drain, so to speak, and in addition to the typical lack of communication, we were lucky enough to find the Trenchless Company. We were so impressed, give them 10 out of 5, everyone was polite, responsive and truly cared, and I'm not just saying it. Our first appointment was set between 8-10, I get a text with a photo of who we are dealing with, love that. I then get a call, I'm thinking, here we go again. I was so wrong, he called to tell me a shop meeting was called the morning of our appointment and he was going to be later than he had hoped, he arrived at 9:45. WOW, called to tell me he was going to be later than he had hoped, and still got there in my 2 hour window. They also went above and beyond on our repair. We were prepared for much more, that I won't get into, but the Trenchless Company put in the extra effort to save us money. When they left, they left the area cleaner than when they got there. Don't call anyone else, learn from our mistakes, and call the Trenchless Company, D & J Bryant.

After 2 pin hole leaks in the space of 2 months, we had to have our whole house repiped during the covid pandemic &Trenchless made the whole mess less traumatic. They were easy to get ahold of, responsive, polite & considerate as parts of walls & ceiling were removed to access piping. We have had some small issues since the repipe & Trenchless has been very quick to answer our questions, diagnose the issues & deal with them quickly. The people we have dealt with are always very respectful & kind, they really do try thier best & stand behind thier work.

Though they do not handle leak detection themselves, she referred someone to me and I was able to schedule a service for the following day. I will reach back out to them with plumbing needs based on my interaction with them today. Thanks!

Kudos to these guys for basically saving our home from a catastrophe. We are on a slab in a 75 year old house and found out the pipes were either completely decaying or have bottomed out. So what in the world can you do when this happens, seriously?
Well I originally was trying to get a quote over the phone after receiving an obnoxious quote from a company with the name ""rooter"" in it. The Owner ""Max"" actually reached out to me after my frustration with trying to get phone quotes.
So the adventure began with a hydro wash and nothing but dirt coming out, well actually it looked more like a small beach. After triagulating the culprit with detectors we figured it was a messed up pipe that would require excavation.... needless to say I wasn't happy. Well basically all of my pipes were messed up so they managed to only make two small excavations in my house to line/replace pipes which was a small miracle in itself.
They do have a much much higher level of technology in their services that I didn't know existed ( and I'm a total geek) such as the engineered epoxy that they use in liners that make a pipe bullet/root proof. Special cameras that also work as locators, it's like a miniature GPS for your pipes. They also have some truly talented individuals...want to make a shout out to Gustavo, he went above and beyond in his talented craftsmanship and integrity in saving our house. They were very transparent and showed constant real time video so you could understand better of what they have to do.

Please, please get a second estimate. I will never use this company. I had a leak at one of my properties, and after paying more than $12K to this company, they were unable to find the leak but ripped up my bathroom, floors, walls, etc. They didn't repair my floors, tiles and carpet because they had to break it up and find leak source, which they failed to do. I had an argument over putting things back and they were not going to do it. All that expensive work and still couldn't find source of leak. They are very shady if not incompetent. I have attached their estimate. In the end, my handyman found the source of the leak and it was from outside, where the tenant left the hose bib running for his dog to get water. I do not recommend them for any leak detection/repair or at least get a second estimate.
