Mark was fantastic! Although we called him out for an estimate on replacing the sewer line from the front of the house to the county line, he immediately smelled an odor that caused him to check my crawl space. Turns out we had a separate plumbing leak that had flooded our crawl space. It was terrifying.
Luckily Mark was able to get the ball rolling immediately by calling up an emergency water evacuation company which began work early the next day. He then made the emergency repair right away and bundled it in with the sewer and water line we were already going to have replaced.
He then took a moment to look around the house and warned us of a few more issues including a leaking water heater which he suggested could go out any day. Sure enough, a week later it went out. Luckily, Mark and his crew were already working on the sewer project and gave us a great price on the water heater and bringing the closet up to code.
The original price for just the sewer line was very competitive with the other companies and the more things we added to the project, the better the discount we received. We got a great price and the truth is the advice and management skills of Mark were invaluable. How lucky we were to have stumbled upon him at just the right moment. Definitely go with the Trenchless Co. and ask for Mark!

When is the last time you had a pleasant experience having black gunk and hair removed from a bathroom drain? Well...it happened when James from the Trenchless Co. responded (ON TIME! ) to a call for help when a drain wouldn't drain and a toilet wouldn't stop flushing. He was personable and professional and, (wait for it) Honest! Knew his stuff, did his job and didn't try to make a drain opening into a major overhaul of the entire plumbing system.
Actually, it was a bit embarrassing how simple he made things look. But don't let that fool you-they say the mark of genius is simplicity. Don't try to dig up the front yard looking for an to answer to drain disasters... call James and the Trenchless Co...good work...good people... good company.

We have been having sewer backups for some time. When my plumber told me to dig down 4 1/2 feet to uncover the blocked sewer line which he would replace, I thought that I could do it. After 2 feet, however, I knew I could not do it. Fortunately, Darren and Laird came to my rescue. They ran a camera through the line and saw that there was a huge tree root in the sewer line. Because we were going on vacation very soon, they had their crew come out and dug out the sewer line. It was so deep that I never could have dug it out. They also discovered that the water company had a water main which the water company failed to disclose. The crew from Trenchless avoided the water main, dug under it and got to the deepest part of the sewer line, replaced the line all the way down to the County cleanout and installed a 2 way cleanout. I had been so worried about getting everything done before we went on vacation. They did everything in a timely and professional manner. By contrast. another company with a similar name never returned my call. The Trenchless Company did a great job. While the job was not cheap, they were worth every penny. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Just had a visit from Lee to help with a toilet drainage problem. Not the most glamorous job, but even still I felt that Lee went out of his way to take care of me. Much appreciated. This was actually my second time using Trenchless and I've been very satisfied both times. Will call them again when needed next time!

Trenchless quoted me a time of 2:00-4:00 in the afternoon, but actually had someone available to come look at my overflowing clean out earlier! His name is James McDevitt, and he was awesome. Very upfront, honest and trustworthy guy. He showed me where tree roots are invading the pipes and gave estimates for all of the options available to resolve the issue. I shopped around prior to settling with Trenchless, and I am happy to feel that I have made the right decision in having them come out.

Our kitchen drain has been backing up regularly. We were told that it might be a broken pipe and we were referred to The Trenchless Co. Laird Lotka came out and decided it just needed a powerful snaking; this was in October. In May, our kitchen drain backed up again. We called Laird and he snaked it again. Seven weeks later, it backed up yet again. Laird and his crew showed up to hydrojet the system. He has always been professional - calling ahead to let us know he is 30 minutes away, excellent communication about the problem and the fix, leaves everything in order when he is finished. Hydrojetting is not cheap, but Laird reduced the bill by the cost of the previous snaking. We're happy to find an honest, skilled plumber when we need it.

So far this was the only service that had a person take my information so someone could call me back to set up a time to get an estimate on a sewer replacement job. I will keep you posted on the process....

One thing can say for certain,
Is don't hire these guys to install a sump pump for you.
These guys messed up real bad not once but twice.
First of all the price they will charge you to install a drainage pipe to the street and a sump pump system with drainage pipes is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!
I totally over paid for the service they provided not to mention the incompetence of this business.
At the start everything seemed pretty good.
Michael came by to give me an estimate and looked over the job site.
He started telling me how there would be an electrician involved and a big crew to do all the digging under my crawl space and that the job would take three days to complete.
Just a note: there was no electrician involved.
The installation of the drainage pipe to the street from my backyard went pretty smoothly. I don't see any problems with the job they did there. But that seems to be what they specialize in right? WRONG!
The problem started when the FIRST crew of two worked on installing the sump pump system.
they spent just a half day installing it which raised my suspicions of a job not being done properly. It should have taken them at least a day or two...and Michael did say that it would take up to three days to complete. Nobody even offered to show me the work that was done or that the pump was in working order. They just left.
So I decided to crawl into my own crawl space to see for myself how the job was done. Something that no owner should have to do after paying so much money. I was floored. It looked like a ten year old installed the system. there was even an open hole in my foundation that they drilled thru and did not seal. I called the company right away, made another appointment for them to come out and take a look at it. I requested a supervisor to come see the job. Vince the service manager came out and was not happy about the situation either.
So after another 3 weeks of making appointments for them to come out and fix the problem with a new crew (which I requested, because why would you have the same crew that messed up do the same job?) they spent the whole day fixing the problem and sealing the foundation hole, showed me pictures of the job done under the house.
But now there is a drainage issue that I am having after getting my yard landscaped.
These guys DID NOT INSTALL A CHECK VALVE from the sump pump to the drainage that leads out to the street so that water does not back into the pump system when water is coming from the yard...I even asked about this, and was told there was no need...well apparently there was a need. NOW I am left with a sump pump that goes off with water that has no place to go but back into the sump pump system from the yard...
UPDATE:
I just had 3 landscapers tell me that Trenchless company screwed up on the sloping of the drainage pipe...everything needs to be dug up and redone!
These guys will tell you a great story to get your business and your money.
Oh, and don't fall for the Ygrene loan program deal they will try to sell you on.
That program is only good for people who have very bad credit and cant get a low APR on a loan. That was another headache and time wasted.
I'll never hire these guys again. Way too many headaches for a job that should have taken 3 days and was extended 3 weeks. Feeling completely ripped off by this company.

Had a slight clog in the sewer line. Laird came out and was quick, efficiant and extremely nice to my family. I would recommend them for any sewer issues you may have.

Yesterday I scheduled someone from Trenchless Company to come out on an emergency basis to detect a large leak in my main line. Today the Trenchless Company person came with no tools to detect the leak. He said he had to call a third party company in to do the work at some unspecified time for a specific amount of money in advance. I said that I scheduled someone from Trenchless to come out today and detect the leak. He called his company and then came back and apologized saying that the person taking the call did not ""follow through."" He promised the company would call me back and schedule someone to come out today. They never called. Huge waste of my time. Don't bother calling them. Why would you call a company to come out and do nothing but call another company that you don't know to do the work that you have to pay for in advance? No stars. Forced to give one star to get this review posted.
