We seen a commercial and called the same day since we have been having plumbing issues. Carlos S came out the next day and was very helpful. He gave us options on how to repair our pipes and he was knowledgeable on how to maintain our current pipes. Definitely will call them again for any future needs.

Had a girgling toilet!! Never seen it or heard it! So i freaked out, my girlfriend was doing laundry and all of sudden my toilet started overflowing....and decided to call the pros!! Tech showed up on scheduled arrival time window. Was professional and lighting quick dude was done in less then 15 mins!! Thats what I call fast service! I totally recommend.

We've been using this company for few years now. Because we live in old house there is always a plumbing issue.
Once we had emergency and weren't able to use water, they sent us a guy that came late night , great customer service !

We are planning re-piping early this summer and will definitely call The Trenchless Co !

Carlos from Trenchless came by this afternoon to help us figure out why our washing machine kept backing up. Although he was unable to fix the problem he was great at helping us pinpoint the exact location and gave us peace of mind that nothing huge was wrong with the rest of the plumbing. While they call themselves a full service plumbing company, unfortunately they do not offer the services advertised on their web site. After reading their reviews, I called this evening regarding a leaking pipe. I asked if that is something they could fix and told yes a tech will call shortly to let me know when someone would be available to come by. An hour later, I got a call from someone else in the office who said they do not do those repairs. Disappointed that I was unable to support a local East Sac ""full service"" plumber.

Honest company treats you like a neighbor. Had our sewer line blow late Sunday afternoon. Drive past these guys everyday and remembered the 24hr service. They rearranged their appointments to get to our poop river emergency within a few hours. Stayed until they got the problem contained and we were functional again. Honestly expected a bill for several hundred $$, but we were VERY presently surprised. Needed to have our line replaced, still got three other bids and these guys came in the lowest and able to do the work within days. Workers were super polite, professional AND clean!!!! Every rock was put back in place and the area, despite a new trench being dug, looked better than they found it. Will recommend Trenchless forever!

Fantastic customer service and incredible honest company! We had a plumber come out (Super Mario Brothers) who said a drain clog was caused by tree roots growing into the pipes. This plumber informed us we would have to tear up two newly remodeled bathrooms and newly installed hardwood flooring in one bedroom to remove the pipe and replace it. A project costing $15,000 in just the pipe repairs, let along the thousands it would cost to repair the bathrooms and flooring after. Trenchless then came out and walked me through the pipe with their camera, revealing absolutely no roots and a fully intact pipe. The pipe did show some signs of aging but the technician advised that the pipe will remain perfectly fine for many years to come and that there was no reason to do anything to it. He offered realistic and sound advice. Since we did not actually need any work done, Trenchless did not charge us ANYTHING for running the camera and evaluating the pipe. I can not recommend them enough!!

Side note, we also got another quote from Boyd Plumbing. They did the snaking of the drain to clear the clog. They saw the wear on the pipe and also stated the pipe would likely last for many years but gave us options to consider. One of the options was a coating inside the pipe that they actually use a third party contractor to do. When I asked who they use, they stated Trenchless. So another company I also trust for plumbing issues also uses Trenchless. Double recommendation.

Make Trenchless your first call. They are fantastic!

My front yard had toilet paper everywhere, my washer was backing up into my sink and toilet. My toilet and tub were not flowing, my four year old had diarrhea and vomiting and I couldn't even give him a decent bath. I called The Trenchless Co. And they came within the hour! Vince showed up he was definitely not your average plumber! He was well presented and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism. He put me at ease, he listened to my concerns and didn't disregard anything. He had some complications early on do to the clean out but he made it happen! He was persistent and didn't get discouraged he brought out additional tools and tricks and finally got the snake down the pipe. Cleaned it all out and brought out a ton of roots. The camera tool is amazing! He ran it all the way through to the county line showing me where the roots are growing wild. He was great at explaining everything making sure I ran every sink, toilet, tub and even my washer before he finally packed up to leave. Thank you so much Vince!

Can we put 0 stars please!! We had a sewer problem and called this company out to help us out because they had such great reviews. I wanted my husband here when they inspected our sewer line but they insisted on doing it at a time when he happened to be at work. They set up their equipment while I was inside, then ran the video inspection while I watched. They showed me a horribly damaged, broken and decaying sewer line that was in dire need of repair. After we had received the estimates for our repair options (several thousand dollars), we decided to get a second opinion just in case. The City of Rocklin was nice enough to come out a re-inspect our line with their very nice camera system - I watched them set-up and do the entire inspection of our VERY CLEAN AND COMPLETELY INTACT sewer line, other than the few roots that were the original problem and had already been corrected. We had another (third) private, well-reviewed, company come out and they did a similar video inspection with the exact same findings as the city. He didn't even charge us for the inspection and said the ONLY thing that we might do is treat the connection to the clean-out with root killer, but it wouldn't be worth the effort or money - this, coming from the guy who would be making the money to do the job. Also, he had nothing nice to say about Trenchless, to say the least.

The Trenches Company showed me a PRE-RECORDED VIDEO to try to SCAM us out of THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I've heard similar stories, but never knew that I should have believed them. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE IN JAIL!!!!

We had Blake come out to fix a clogged drain and we have an old house with old pipes. He was super friendly and fixed the problem pretty quickly. Highly recommend The Trenchless Co.
