Sergio and his team came to our rescue after we had our water heater shut off by PG&E for a safety issue. We received a detailed estimate after a thorough evaluation. Sergio provided us a range of options and patiently answered all our questions. We decided to also fix other issues we'd been considering and we were provided with a fair estimate for completing all the work at once. We agreed to also install a pressure regulating valve and a home filtration system. The Tankless Guys team was punctual on the day we began the work. They did the best they could to minimize disruptions, letting us know when we would have a water interruption and returning it as soon as possible. I was impressed by their professionalism, communication throughout the project, and attention to detail. They took their time to clean up the area they were working on at the end of the day, covering potential hazards and marking them off, and organizing the space to begin the next day. The team did uncover a couple of issues in our older home, which caused the project to take a little longer. They did not cut corners - Sergio, Daniel and Ray took their time to fix the issues so the installations could be installed properly and up to code, and to avoid other problems in the future. We are thrilled with the quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the peace of mind that our home is safe again. It was a pleasure to work with the Tankless Guys! I'm sure we will call them again for our next plumbing project.

The Tankless Guys are our go-to for our home's plumbing needs. In the past, they expertly assisted us with our tankless hot water heater, and recently installed new faucets in our kitchen and guest bathroom, replaced old pipes, adjusted water pressure throughout our entire house and cleaned filters. Not the cheapest but I'm glad I called them. My wife complained about a leaking faucet, TTG came out and diagnosed the problem for free.
Turns out I had high water pressure.
They put in a pressure regulator to resolve the main issue of a leaking faucet(s), I'm glad Sergio educated me on the importance of a PRV.
These guys offer you the long term solution not the band aid fix.

Gert arrived at our home and had a wealth of knowledge to share across plumbing (of course), electrical systems, and heating, and was able to clearly and succinctly explain how these systems interacted to cause the issues we were seeing in our home. It was clear that Gert had enormous hands-on industry experience to draw from. Gert was prompt, honest, trustworthy, polite, and at no point did we feel pressured to spend money; it was actually quite the opposite, he went above and beyond to think of ways to save us money. He was able to diagnose our problems quickly and offered effective solutions and was very upfront about his costs.
