Not the cheapest but I'm glad I called them. My wife complained about a leaking faucet, TTG came out and diagnosed the problem for free.
Turns out I had high water pressure.
They put in a pressure regulator to resolve the main issue of a leaking faucet(s), I'm glad Sergio educated me on the importance of a PRV.
These guys offer you the long term solution not the band aid fix.

Gert arrived at our home and had a wealth of knowledge to share across plumbing (of course), electrical systems, and heating, and was able to clearly and succinctly explain how these systems interacted to cause the issues we were seeing in our home. Had a great experience using this company. Came home one day to what I thought was a leak in our gas fireplace. With a new born you begin to panic and worry. I called The Tankless Guys Plumbing and Rooter and in no time they had a tech out at my house. Our tech Sergio Rico came in and tested all the lines and connection and found there to be no leak. It was a relief to know that we did not have a leak and it was safe to use our gas fireplace again. What really set this company aside from others I've used in the past was their customer service and knowledge on the situation. The best part was that I should have been charged a service/diagnostic fee for his time but Sergio waived it as a courtesy. He was professional, informative, wore shoe covers, AND didn't leave a single tool on our brand new floors.
I can't thank him enough for keeping me and my family safe! Guess who I will be calling next time my next plumbing issue arises!

Gert and his crew are the best of the best. Unbeatable commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction. They may may not always be the lowest bid but you'll definitely not regret having them take on your project and probably save money versus a lower cost option that ends up not getting done right or needing rework later.

Tankless Guys recently completed two projects at my home in Willow Glen in the last month and both projects were completed without a hitch, and with outstanding communication and follow up. His crew shows up on time, gives you plenty of notifications about appointment reminders as well as their estimated time of arrival and generally finishes ahead of schedule. They are not kidding around about the 34 years of combined experience, there is definitely some deep experience here and Gert took the time to explain a lot of technical detail and options for how to resolve my issues that made me feel comfortable that we were taking the right approach to address my issues. Bonus points for some awesome use of the latest technology for managing their business with paperless estimates, invoices, appointment reminders and all customer communications in general done in real time via text, web or email. Hoping not to need them again anytime soon - but if I do I would definitely use them again!

We cannot recommend The Tankless Guys enough, they are trustworthy, reliable, transparent, and reasonably priced.

Long story short, they came out to help us after a company had done some unauthorized work on our property. They were able to come out right away and provided us with some guidance on next steps. They secured the area safely until the repair was able to be made and completed the repair as promised and in a timely manner. They even went above and beyond and took initiative to cap/ repair some small things they noticed at no additional charge.

We will not hesitate to use Gert and his team again for any of our future plumbing needs. They are a great team and go above and beyond to do great work and provide great customer service.
