William R.I pay almost $1000.00 to have a disposer install on my sink when I asked for a itemized list of charges I was told he couldn't do that. I asked how much the machine costed he didn't know that. I called the company today and asked for an itemize list of charges and they sent the same invoice I received the day before I will not do business with them again they charge way to much and won't tell you why. I wouldn't have got as upset if they just broke down to me
It's is very annoying to write a shitty review for a service- but first time for everything I guess. This company does not know how to keep an appointment. I waited 4 plus hours at home... and then when I called them to see where they are at, I get the fantastically great line ""I was just about to call you.."" ""it will be *several* more hours"" at 730PM... at which point I said..'ok'. Then (immediately) it changed to 'next day' cause as I had realized *several* hours after 730PM is unrealistic for any kind of plumbing service...obviously. They were all really nice on the phone for the record, for that I will give them credit for. With that said I would not recommend this company for anyone. How can a company with any sort of customer service knowledge.. attempting to compete with other organizations expect this is 'normal' or 'acceptable' service. Reading the reviews- this appears the norm (sadly). Sunny plumber; thanks for giving me the run around. Sarcastic thumbs up.
Lori C.I originally chatted online Sunday night with someone who was going to have the LV office call me for an appt. Monday but I did not hear back. So on Tuesday evening I called and l/m and they called me back & I scheduled an appt. for Wed. The 2 guys came out Wed. morning and were very professional and informative. They also looked at 2 other issues in my home and gave me advice on those. They had to leave to go get parts & 1 came back & did install of my garbage disposal while also clearing up tube from dishwasher which took care of an issue I had had the entire 20 years I have lived there. Technician was very nice and we chatted like friends while he worked. He tested everything before he left. I really liked the 2 year warranty. It was a little more than I anticipated but that's life in the big city. They did also offer me a plan for continued care on other items which was fairly affordable but I declined at this time. Thanks Sunny Plumber.
So I'm new to owning a home and I called these guys for clogged drains. The plumber arrived early the next day (they called to check if early was ok first). He was super helpful because we immediately realized my home warrantee wouldn't cover him but he still looked at the drains, quoted me a price, then told me his experience with home warrantee companies, and waived the service fee for having a look. He gave me a few recommendations of what to do until I get service from where the warrantee company covers. Just wish I could use them for everything on that policy. Either way, highly recommend and hopefully will be able to call them for something else down the line.

Caitlin G.My initial appointment for a leaking toilet was scheduled multiple days in advance in the 2-4pm range. The plumber arrived at 730pm. He did an excellent job correcting the problem and gave advice for an additional toilet. Slightly inconvenient as my partner left work early to be at home for the appointment since we needed the plumber.
After thinking about whether to take his advice or not, I called and scheduled an appointment to replace a toilet as advised. I was given an appointment six days later in the time frame of 12-2pm.
They never showed and we called by 5pm to see what the issue was. There was no appointment made in their system and they said they would correct the error by coming the following day at 8am.
After multiple calls over two hours following our third appointment time and no plumber arriving and being told we didn't make this appointment as well and we should have called days prior, we decided we would not be working with this company again.
We did not receive a call to apologize or anyone to follow up on the appointments for quality assurance.
The workmanship was excellent on the first appointment but the scheduling department clearly is in need of training.
El Capitan A.Consumers Beware...
Overpriced service is what the Sunny Plumber amounts to. Any company that charges from $1600 to over $3000 for a tank water heater is insane. If you're looking to get ripped off give them a call, they'll be more than happy to show up with a smile and stick it to you where the Sunny Plumber don't shine. I saved A LOT going elsewhere getting the same equipment installed. I'm not trying to bash, just being honest.

Jessica B.Service response time was fast. The tech was awesome. He even had to come back and was still awesome about pricing. He called our water heater warranty company like Three Times. You could tell he really wanted the best outcome and tried to make that happen even under unfortunate circumstances.
Our water heater died this morning. Called the Home Warranty company and they wanted to send a company out that I had a horrible experience with trying to repair my a/c this summer. I decided to not deal with the headache associated with the Home Warranty company and called this company instead. The water heater was 8 years old and (in my opinion) not worth throwing money at it. I am extremely pleased with the service, the price and the amazing customer service. 6 hours later we have a new water heater and the 3 year old will have her bath before bed - so worth it.
I just wanted to let Gary and Chris know how much I appreciate them! They were professional and knowledgeable! They had a sense of urgency when it came to taking care of my plumbing problem! Chris went above and beyond a regular service call to see that my problem was taken care of in the most efficient way possible. I would easily and highly recommend the sunny Plumber. Thank you Chris for the amount of time spent looking at every detail!!
