They are friendly when taking the service call and securing an appointment.. but once we mentioned we heard about their 80 dollar pipe clog special.. it was ""ooh we are booked today, but we can see you tomorrow. 10am to 2pm arrival time"".. called us back to reschedule to 4pm to 8pm arrival time..

No problem we will order take-out for dinner and have it fixed the next day..

Now after waiting around, being rescheduled they called to say they won't be coming today and need to again reschedule..

So.. If you don't value your time, or don't need them ASAP, give them a call.. otherwise GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

To me the plumbing special is a scam, and they will just keep rescheduling you till you don't keep rescheduling.. crazy way to treat customers in need!

I truly hope, the Ken himself sees this review. We have gone to the karate shop next door to their store front for years and we tried to give our business but it seems it wasn't appreciated

So this place always calls to see if we need service and that's great. Once we did need our warrantied water heater replaced, nothing was explained to us on how it worked. The guy Tony, has us go to Home Depot to register the heater. However, he barely said a word and come to find out we still had to pay a pro rated $200 for the heater. On top of that he made my husband grab a cart and expected him to help. Like a helper. I'm sorry- but my husband has a bad back AND we aren't paying you for us to do the work. The next day I smelled a musty leaking smell and the tech who came to check the smell said that it could be anything and he couldn't check the leak. Then he said ""what can I do?"" So, I've told Tawny and Diane at the office and they said the manager will follow up. It's been 3 days and no follow up. I know Goettl or whatever took over, and Sunny used to be good. I don't know what happened. I highly do not recommend this place.

I'm so confused by this company! I first called Sunny day to get a drain unclogged, Jesse was great! $185. I soon had another issue with my drain that caused an overflow in the store, found out I needed basically a pressure washer to blast out our pipes, THEY QUOTED US $3000+ for the job, I called another plumber and they did it for $650!! I had an issue with a different drain and thought it was just clogged again so I called SunnyDay since the price was reasonable originally and their tech was amazing. I also needed the hot water adjusted on both our restroom sinks. I received a call from their tech who sent me my invoices... wait for it... I was quoted for the restroom $3480, the drain $665 and then $4145 to ""fix the drain"", ($8290). I called a different plumber who found out that the ""$3480"" job was taking the plate off the drain and removing the wire sponge that was causing the clog and the ""$4145"" job was removing a piece from the piping on the sink to allow the hot water to flow through. He didn't even need to replace any parts... Do not go with this company. Not sure if they make their living off the $140 initial non-refundable fee that they charge to come out or if they prey upon women who assume what their being told is true but avoid this company at all costs. It's sad to see that there are companies like this out there.

I would recommend Sunny Plumbers but have deep pockets if your equipment needs replacement. I believe the plumber and supervisor to be honest and knowledgeable. I did have issue with scheduling though.

I love that we got a phone call to let us know our plumber was on his way. Ben checked everything out, and as we suspected we needed a new kitchen faucet. Since I wanted to purchase it myself, Ben and I met at the Home Depot and he was very helpful in picking out the best faucet for us. We met back at my house, and Ben proceeded to do an efficient and competent install, explaining and showing us all the new features of the faucet. Thanks Ben for making this process go so smooth!!!!

Fast. Efficient. Friendly. These words barely describe the experience I've had with this company. The gentlemen came in, did what was needed and then some.

Our experience was good. Chris our plumber was knowledgeable and know what he was doing. We changed out a water heater that was 2 years old and it went well.
The reason for the 3 stars is that when I spoke to the dispatcher I was told it would be replaced on that day..It wasn't. When the gentleman showed up at 4 he told us that the shop closed at 430 to exchange the tank.. But if we wanted a new tank it would be 1900 and they will replace it that day? Or wait and pay 900+ tomorrow..well I guess we will wait for tomorrow..We will handle a cold shower and save 1000. So Im pretty sure that they were a little on the pricey side since our tank was still under warranty and after speaking with some co-workers about how much they paid with other plumbers..but hey we needed hot water and didn't feel like calling someone else.
Anyway, we will definitely use them again because their work is good.

I had Sunny Plumber come out today to replace my kitchen faucet that I had purchased, the man got here and said let me give you a quote and he came back in with the quote of $1100 and I said WHAT, just to replace the kitchen faucet, he said yes but maybe the lowest I could go is $900. I said thank you very much I don't think so. They got a $49 service call out of me for doing nothing.

I had the pleasure of having Ivan over to my house for a routine inspection he was great showing me everything that needed to be done giving me price and not being too aggressive with everything, I will definitely be calling him back for the changes that need to be made.
