They are crooks. Mikey would upsell his grandmother a $385 camera. Found a coupon for snake and camera $50 after I paid $97. The $385 camera???The good news is the sink is unclogged. They also seem to text often regarding visit. Tag team?

Have used this company twice and have to say they totally take advantage of you in a pinch! Charges are ridiculous! You will be better off waiting for a second quote than paying these people hostage money! Will never use them again!

My wife and I recently purchased a house that required some plumbing fixes and I had Sunny Plumber come out to fix three separate issues and I've been blown away with their service so far.

First, we had them come out to fix the drain pipe under the toilet flange. The work, as expected, required them to jackhammer the concrete, fix the pipe, and pour new concrete. They came the day after they gave us the estimate and completed all work before we got home from work. I've dealt with contractors in the past who would have taken two or three days to finish this job due to hiring separate contractors for the jackhammering and concrete. But this team came in and turned the entire project around without issue in a matter of hours.

Then, the hose bib broke off our pipe and the valve to that particular section of pipe was broken, so I had to shut the entire house's water off. Since I didn't have any of the supplies, I called the company and requested the same technician that handled our floor a few days prior. He came 15 minutes later and replaced my bib. The total bill was about $50. Every other plumber that I've hired in the past to come out and perform same-day service has charged hundreds of dollars in emergency call fees.

Lastly, the PVC under my sink cracked and being 6'2"", I try not to work under sinks when possible. Since we had such good service with them in the past, I called and they came out, again within an hour, and fixed the PVC for about $75. Additionally, the plumber noticed that my shutoff valve under the sink was leaking and replaced it without charge since he was already under the sink fixing the PVC.

I've had such great experiences with them that I'm stunned reading some of the negative reviews. I don't doubt their accuracy, but I certainly urge everyone who had a bad experience to give them another chance.

Sad to say I had the wool pulled over my eyes by these guys. They misrepresented everything about the job, from how long it would take, to the quality of the water filtration system installed. Be sure to ask them for an itemized list of products they will be installing, how long it will take and the hourly rate you will be charged. Take note of arrival and departure time. They wanted me to pay for 7 1/2 hours of work, when they were only here 5 hours. The quality of the work was great, but the price we paid, did not match what we got. I was told the cost was justified due to a huge laundry list of things that had nothing to do with my job. I was surprised they didn't include the cost of dry cleaning their work uniforms. Rip off artists, probably why you haven't heard their company name before.

I can't say nice enough things about this company! We were really hesitant because of the two star reviews but took a gamble and it paid off. We lived in our home two weeks when our water heater broke and through mistakes made during our close of escrow we discovered our home warranty wasn't in effect. We called the happy plumber the receptionist who answered the phone was sip pedant and happy helpful two. Two hours later ulyses showed up at our front door with a smile. He explained to us what was broken and what our options were. Because we were just screwed over having no warranty he gave us the best deal he could. He quickly replaced the water heater and was on his way. We were stuck in a horrible situation but he resolved it the best he could. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Had them come over for a toilet that would not flush. Made the appointment last weekend and they gave me a window of 3 hours for appointment.

Plumber showed up and snaked the toilet in question. Only charged me half of what was quoted because it was a simple snake job. All in all a pretty good result.

Yes had a bad experience with them yesterday.. Called told them I had a kitchen drain clogged up needed snaked . Their employees treat you like your an idiot and that you do not know what they are talking about. I told this guy to snake the drain and he said he cannot get past the blockage. I CALLED THESE GUYS BECASUSE $97 DRAIN SPECIAL BULLSHIT...... That there was a lot of grease on the snake and when he snaked it , it would just close up again... FULL OF SHIT..... my sister in law was at home at the time when this was going on. I was talking to him on the phone. he said line needed cleaned $425.00 . I told him to get out of my house . Their boss called me.... He wanted to use a camera in my drain and would not charge me..... This nothing but a big selling point to get you to look at a dirty drain. BIG DEAL........ Bottom line is I got home put 3 quarts of boiling water down the drain ran the water for 15 minutes.. Guess what unclogged..................... THESE GUYS ARE RIP OFFS BE AWARE

I had a terrible expiernce with the Sunny Plumber. A plumber came out to my home to replace the valve in my master bedroom after it broke and flooded my entire house. Since my home had just been flooded I had many people in and out of my home that day. The plumber, my insurance claim adjuster, and three guys from the water mitigation company and their fans. The Sunny plumber also offers water heater service to their customers so my plumber advised me that since my water heater was 9 years old it is time to replace. He explained that ""if my water heater went out in the next year and I had to file another claim with my insurance it would look very bad and they would not want to cover the expenses for two floods"". He went on to explain that you never know when your water heater is going to go and gave me the prices of several of their heaters from $1,200 up to $2,400. I told him I did not think it needed to be replaced because I have not had any problems out of it and I know sometimes heaters can last upward of 15 years. I never replace things that are not broken. My plumber decided without my permission during all the commotion to give my water heater a ""complimentary"" flush to clear out any calcium and other deposits that my have built up in the heater.

After he left my water heater continuously drained out of the overflow valve and I had no hot water in my home. I am a single woman and I do not know anything about watersl heaters so naturally I called him back to ask why this problem suddenly started. He insisted that he told me after he flushed the heater it might start to overflow due to the calcium being stirred up that might block the t&p valve ""even if [I] don't remember him telling [me]"". He then told me he could come out and replace the water heater or at the very least replace the t&p valve for $364. I told him it was very convenient that all of a sudden I have issues with my heater, when I never had before, after he serviced it. I told him I was going to have another plumber come and take a look at it.

I called another plumber to take a look he came prepared with a new water heater that only cost $450 in case I needed a replacement. He investigated what was going on. This second plumber identified that my t&p valve would not close which was causing the water heater not to seal thus overflow and not warm the water. He flushed my heater and so much crud came out only three days after my Complimentary flush from the Sunny Plumber there is NO WAY he had flushed it at all! After looking at the debris that was flushed out of my heater the plumber #2 concluded that my water heater did not need to be replaced because he did not find any rust in the debris. Even though he was prepared and ready to sell me a heater plumber #2 explained that mine was in good shape. Of course I contacted the sunny plumber and explained the whole incidence and my less than satisfied experience and they agreed to refund me the costs of the second plumber coming out to fix things. It took two months and a lot of arguing to receive my refund. Needless to say I will not do any future business with the Sunny plumber or their partner company Goettl.

I called these guys based on a recommendation of a friend of mine and I was positively surprised with their service, especially after I read all the negative reviews here on yelp which I found not to be the case in my service call. I called Sunny Plumber and they came quickly after we had some water leakage in our upstairs bathroom that we could not find. They gave us a quick estimate & what they would do with the sink pipes and they were done within an hour. We also asked them to fix a few minor issues on our toilet which they took care of within a few minutes. Plumbing is not my forte and I was glad that my friend recommended Sunny Plumber. I'm pretty sure that I will use them again.
