The plumber who came to my home was very professional and did a good job fixing two leaky toilet valves and our constantly dripping shower. My only issue is that he was not able to give me a ""worst case scenario"" quote before opening up the shower, and the repair ended up costing more than double the initial quote due to corrosion on the valve that required a full replacement to repair. The plumber did the best he could to get the cost down for us as much as possible, but it would have been better to have a high estimate that came down instead of a low estimate that more than doubled.

The Sunny Plumber's Victor was a pro. We had a complicated install for a tankless water heater -- but it was finished just as Victor had said it would be and Victor was there every step of the way. I had high expectations after listening to all the radio spots by Mr. Goodrich himself and in short, everything from the price to the professional electrician and plumber exceeded my already high expectations. For 38 years, 24 hours a day, we've been heating 120 gallons of water. I can't imagine what that cost. But Victor suggested we go with the trutankless. The incremental cost over another traditional hot water heater was well worth the investment. Not only does the unit look fantastic and modern, it also freed up a lot of space. Thanks Victor! I don't recommend them. They told me a technician would be out between 12-5. At 1:30 I received a call that I was next and the technician would call when on his way. At 4:45 I got a call from dispatch that he was tied up and they could try to send someone else but it would be 5:30 or later. Somewhere between 1:30 and 4:45 the tech knew he wasn't going to make it to my house. An earlier call would have been an easy fix to keep my business. Instead, I will not use them. Easy business people. Keep your commitments and when you can't, early notice is the key. I serve customers every day, you can't do business this way.

I highly recommend The Sunny Plumber for all your plumbing or water treatment systems. We are getting a whole house R.O. System. I can't wait! It's affordable, and we won't have to use bottled water any more.

It was easy to book a consultation. I didn't feel they tried to over sell any products. We told them what we wanted to accomplish with having clean drink able water. The sunny plumber was knowledgeable and knew what product would best fit our needs.

Nothing negative to say. They could come out the same day. The plumber was fast and did exactly what we needed. Fortunately our fix was an easy one, we did not get any other companies to quote, so I cannot compare. However, I understood the terms of the 79$ fee to come out. For what we needed, they did the job!

Kyle was thorough, easy to work with and did a timely job on replacing a water heater and putting a new valve on the front spigot. As with many companies, they will point out each and every thing that you could possibly fix. And yes, they brought up a water softener- its a money maker in AZ with the hard water we have. If you are comfortable knowing that many are not essential (7 of 8 of the valves under our sinks were stuck- that is because we have never needed to use them in 30+ years of living in our house), and are able and willing to say ""maybe later"", you are good. Our water heater was 15 years old, had some small leaks and some calcium residue, so I was ok with paying for an install for a new one (lower price electric model) $1800.

Super quick to respond to the call about the water heater that wasn't working. They had replace the rod earlier this summer and didn't try to convince us the water heater needed to be replaced, even though it was 14 years old. It died and they came the same day I called. Couldn't get it fixed so they replaced it quickly with no push to upsell. Technicians were polite and friendly!
