Jay arrived in a timely manner, was friendly and efficient. He finished a kitchen sink faucet replacement quickly. He was professional from the beginning to the end of the job. We are very happy with The Shining Plumbing Knights.

I hardly write reviews, but I have to write this to warn future customers about this dishonest business that will not do right by you. I had one of the worst experiences and urge you to avoid this company at all costs.

It took over 2 weeks for the plumber to have an available appointment to see the broken kitchen faucet. When ""Jay"" (Jamil) was finally dispatched to my house, based on my home warranty policy, he told me that I was going to get a new faucet that was as close as possible to my brushed nickel faucet with the retractable hose. It took another 2 weeks for the new faucet to arrive (understandable given the supply chain issues). When Jay came to install the new faucet, he realized that they ordered the wrong one and this new one included a filter, which my original didn't have and therefore he couldn't install it. Since I had already been without a faucet for over a month, he installed a cheap, basic one that he had in his truck, assuring me that they will be ordering the correct faucet like my original and that they'll call me when it arrives.

To my shocking surprise, Shining Plumbing Knights closed my work order citing that because I had authorized the installation of the cheaper faucet, they were done. From there, either Jay or the plumbing company lied to my home warranty company saying that there was never any assurance or verbal agreement to having a new faucet installed that was similar to my original.

When my home warranty company reopened the case, on Oct 31st the Shining Plumbing Knights called me to schedule the initial dispatch. I told the man that Jay already knows my work order and has the photos of the original faucet to be replaced. The man on the phone said they were done because they installed a faucet, and he closed my case and then proceeded to hang up on me.

Now I'm in a he-said-she-said argument between my home warranty company and Shining Plumbing Knights.

Bottom line, I never would have had that cheap faucet installed if I had known that they would go against their word and wrongfully just close my case afterward. Jay assured me both times that he came to my house that I would be getting a high quality faucet that was nearly a replicate of my original.

What's worst, the ""new"" faucet that Jay installed is broken. The hose doesn't retract and it hangs down all the time. Really cheap quality.

We were pretty desperate to find the reason behind why none of the faucets in our house were working. I'm grateful that the company was able to respond quickly in these times and send over a technician, who was super fast in diagnosing the issue.

The call was dispatched timely and professionally, the technician arrived as scheduled and got to work addressing the sediment accumulation causing low water pressure.

It wasn't a complex problem but it was handled quickly and professionally.

Our toilet flooded and the Shining Plumbing Knights were assigned to iur claim by our home warranty company. They promptly called to schedule the appointment and the representative was friendly and helpful. Turns out, there was just a connection that needed tightening, but Jamil was so nice and didn't make me feel silly. Plumber was on time and friemdly.

DO NOT use this company!! I would give 0 stars if I could. One of their technicians came out and changed our garbage disposal. The next time we used the dishwasher, water came pouring out of the dishwasher drain. We called them and asked them to send someone out to fix the problem they created. They refused. They told us to ""have fun"" and ""take our poor attitude elsewhere"". This is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with.

This is the worst plumbing company ever who sends incompetent people that can't even get the job done right. The company does not care and is unprofessional. Please don't waste your time and money with this plumbing business. If your home insurance is trying to send these people out to you say NO! Get someone else.

The lady that answers the phone is very unprofessional and rude I was calling because she. The plumbe came out he replaced the garbage disposal but that wasn't the issue since my sink was still leaking and I asked if a diffrent tech could come out she sound offended that I requested it not knowing I worked for a plumbing and hoax company so I know if the customer request a different technician they are supposed to send one. But anyway as I was talking to her my phone died so I'm charging it to call her back before I can she calls me back to say "" did you just hang up on me I'm only calling back to ask?"" After I repeatedly told her my phone died she just hung up as in to get payback lol .. I wouldn't recommend this company and if you have to use them because of home warranty be prepared VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... I wish I could give 0 stars but it only had 2 when I decided to leave a review hmmmm wonder why lol

Professional, helpful, friendly. The repair required a replacement part and received within 2 days. Mason called within expected time frame and arrived within 15 minutes. He showed me how I can replace the worn out part on the kitchen facet so I can do it myself next time. I would gladly use this company if there was a plumbing need in the future.
