The call was dispatched timely and professionally, the technician arrived as scheduled and got to work addressing the sediment accumulation causing low water pressure.

It wasn't a complex problem but it was handled quickly and professionally.

Our toilet flooded and the Shining Plumbing Knights were assigned to iur claim by our home warranty company. They promptly called to schedule the appointment and the representative was friendly and helpful. Turns out, there was just a connection that needed tightening, but Jamil was so nice and didn't make me feel silly. Plumber was on time and friemdly.

DO NOT use this company!! I would give 0 stars if I could. One of their technicians came out and changed our garbage disposal. The next time we used the dishwasher, water came pouring out of the dishwasher drain. We called them and asked them to send someone out to fix the problem they created. They refused. They told us to ""have fun"" and ""take our poor attitude elsewhere"". This is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with.

This is the worst plumbing company ever who sends incompetent people that can't even get the job done right. The company does not care and is unprofessional. Please don't waste your time and money with this plumbing business. If your home insurance is trying to send these people out to you say NO! Get someone else.

The lady that answers the phone is very unprofessional and rude I was calling because she. The plumbe came out he replaced the garbage disposal but that wasn't the issue since my sink was still leaking and I asked if a diffrent tech could come out she sound offended that I requested it not knowing I worked for a plumbing and hoax company so I know if the customer request a different technician they are supposed to send one. But anyway as I was talking to her my phone died so I'm charging it to call her back before I can she calls me back to say "" did you just hang up on me I'm only calling back to ask?"" After I repeatedly told her my phone died she just hung up as in to get payback lol .. I wouldn't recommend this company and if you have to use them because of home warranty be prepared VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... I wish I could give 0 stars but it only had 2 when I decided to leave a review hmmmm wonder why lol

Professional, helpful, friendly. The repair required a replacement part and received within 2 days. Mason called within expected time frame and arrived within 15 minutes. He showed me how I can replace the worn out part on the kitchen facet so I can do it myself next time. I would gladly use this company if there was a plumbing need in the future.

Lady who normally answers the phone is rude as heck! I had an appt today (using my home warranty), waited four hours and no show. I called back to ask if they are still coming or if I need to be rescheduled and she told me she got an email saying my home warranty cancelled appt--well no one told me. She said my home warranty should have emailed me. I asked shouldn't you also tell me so I don't wast my time waiting for them. She said its not my responsibility. Then I asked what the work order # she has (because I see an open work order number on my account from my home warranty and I was thinking maybe she has the old work order #), she started going ballistic on me, yelling, saying she doesn't care about the work order # I see and only her work order # applies. Then she hung up on me.

I was flabbergasted. I tried calling back and no answer. I called my home warranty and they verified that the work order is still open. I'm just glad I am able to change companies and block them from my contract from now on.

Btw, this wasn't the first time this lady was rude and loud yelling at me. I had intended to block them from my home warranty before (fue to the rude lady and the plumber who made stains on my bath rug when they unclogged my shower drain) but someone at AHS made a mistake and didnt block them when I asked before.

Just glad I can sever my relationship with them.

My water heater went out and my Home Warranty Company sent this company out. Bottom line is I refused to work with this company which should have been my purgative. From the first call to have the technician explain where he got his figures; I was treated rudely by the woman at their office, and even more rudely by the Technician who finally retuned my call a few days later and used the excuse of having left his work order at the office while he was in the field. He pointed me to the Warranty company to find out what would be covered...and American Home Shields, the warranty company, told me to call the contractor.
I was refused my request to send out another contractor on the following Mon, having been told that previous Fri., that a new contractor would contact me to set up another estimate,

We went without hot water for 10 days! Finally, I got three bids; chose the least, and paid for the job, myself.

This all could have been avoided had the company sent out a reputable, professional company in the first place. Trust me, Shining Plumbing Knight, in no way, comes close!

While the guy showed up on time, he stated he could not fix our toilet, broke the faucet under the toilet so taht we could turn on the water and broke the float inside the tank. I called him and the company twice to come back out and fix what he broke. The office gave me the run around and I never heard back from them.
Found out later that the particular plumber who came out has had many complaints against him of breaking parts or not completing the jobs. Do not let these guys in your home.
