I'd give a ZERO rating if I could. Very irresponsible, they knew they weren't going to show up but never called (not just once but twice)! I took 2 separate days off from work and they didn't show up either time. When calling to question their additional appointment ""no show"", they became very defensive and clearly had no remorse. The Shaffer Company is NOT dependable and lacks any commitment - how is this company still in business? Very poor customer service. Shame on this them!

Zak called us (an employee of Shaffer Co) and alerted us that he would be at our house within 15/20 minutes. He was on time, with a mask on. What a nice gentleman. Too bad I didn't have a daughter his age. He did not only an excellent job but an outstanding one.. Fixed our problems and we are extremely happy with the results. Would not hesitate to call Shaffer again.

Apparently, this company is not known for honesty. We had an appointment set up for 8 A.M. this morning so, I stayed home all day waiting. At 12:30 this afternoon, I called and asked where he was and the actual plumber called back and told me he was here and tried to call but, both my brother and I were here and we heard no knock on our door and no phone call coming into our residence.

This company provides great service and is very resourceful. I had a Delta faucet problem and Mark helped me locate a replacement part. Must have called 4 or 5 places and when no one had the part, suggested a way to make a temporary fix while Delta sent me a free replacement. I'll be going back for all my plumbing challenges!

If you are a doit yourself kinda of person these guys are great, Al can help you find any part you need and if he can't the crew in the back room can, and they've been around forever
