Fantastic, friendly and prompt service! The Sewer Surgeon quickly got to the bottom of our bigger plumbing issues, that other plumbers overlooked, and solved it immediately.

A week before we found the Sewer Surgeon, we hired a plumber to clear our drain. This plumber charged $800 to complete this and we thought we were good. Five days later, our entire house plumbing stopped working and the laundry room toilet flooded my kitchen. I had a house full of my kids' friends I was hosting for the night and not one working toilet. It was 8pm and surely the party was over. I called my original plumber and never heard back. In tears, I called The Sewer Surgeon and Nick was there in 30 minutes. By 8:45, I had a clear drain. Early the next morning, he was there to put a camera down our drain. He found the issue, a pipe full of roots in my front yard. That day, his team dug a trench, replaced the pipe, and created an additional clear out in the front yard. They were professional and fast working. My only regret is not calling the Sewer Surgeon first.

I had a leak that needed to be addressed in one of our showers. They called me twice telling me the driver would be there within 30 minutes before 7 and the person arrived 40 minutes past the assigned time. That's fine because California traffic can be unpredictable which happens.

The technician Francisco, takes a look, offers to do the work, goes to his car, comes back 15 minutes later says he is preoccupied with something and wishes to reschedule and apologizes for the inconvenience. I told him that's fine because we can work on it the next day.

I got Francisco's number. He was supposed to arrive at 4. Did not show up. Sent a follow up text 30 minutes later and called an hour later but did not return my call. Poor communication will not work with this company again.

Review update; after 3 years of using this company, for small and large plumbing issues with our home; The Sewer Surgeon is hands down the BEST plumbing company around. They have outstanding customer service, their response time (even on weekends, holidays and during the peek of the pandemic is unmatched. These pros will get the job done right the first time and they will get it done ASAP! Stop wasting time and call these guys to get your plumbing issues fixed.

I'm a GC that hired them to reroute some sewer lines and to fix the overflow on the bathtub. All the hardware trims were gold, but what they installed was chrome. Spoke to John about this multiple times by text and by phone and he said they would order it and have it replaced. I called the office on 5.421 and 5.10.21. Each time they said they would call me back immediately to get it resolved. December of 2020 is how long this has been ongoing. Why they put chrome finish instead of gold is unknown to me. This is a small issue that has turned into a legal issue now. I'll be filing a complaint with the Contractors State License Board today for leaving the job incomplete. I have been more than patient waiting to have this resolved. I understand everyone is busy, but 5 + months is more than enough time to get this done. Both photos provided show the times I contacted them.
Mind you, they have been PAID IN FULL.

Jonathan was the young but very experienced technician who cleaned out the 100-foot drain from my pool area to the curb. He did the job quickly and efficiently, and was very polite, personable, and professional. Based on my one and only experience with them, I truly believe that you will be very satisfied should you decide to give The Sewer Surgeon a try.
