My nightmare starts when the shower pans and toilets started to back up over the weekend. I spend the entire Saturday snaking the main line on my own and was only able to take out some tree roots, but the problem still persisted. Luckily, I decided to seek professional plumber service from The Sewer Surgeon. Called around 9am and the plumber, Javier, showed up to my rescue around 1pm the same day. He went above and beyond and was able to help me unclogged my main by first snaking through the sewer service cleanout and then the 2-inch cleanout below my utility sink. He was a life saver. Now I can sleep better at night. Highly recommend this company. Their staff is very courteous and helpful in what they do.

Jonathan came out to fix my slow-running bathroom sink drain. He took care to move things on the floor and on the counter out of the way to make sure nothing got dirty, and within minutes the drain was running faster than it had in a long time. He also re-installed the drain stopper that I removed when I was trying to clear the drain myself. Very pleasant and polite guy. Highly recommended.

If you are unfortunate enough to have problems in your main sewer line... I am bummEd for you. However, if you call this company and are lucky enough to get Sergio or neck they will make a bad situation go away. They are honest, professional and very very hard-working. Nick Wiseman at The Sewer Surgeon displayed the utmost integrity and professionalism throughout the recent drainage project they completed at my home, which interfaced both my private property and the public right-of-way, involving three state contractors licenses and three City of Pasadena permits.  He provided an estimate in a timely manner after a personal site visit, guaranteed the work, and personally coordinated with the City of Pasadena Public Works Department to secure final permitting.
The assigned crew was a well-oiled machine, not only knowledgeable and experienced in the actual project, but also courteous to me and my neighbors and respectful of my property.
