This is now our go-to plumbing servicer. The service was amazing. Despite the fact we had a really serious issue that involved 30 feet of destroyed clay pipe underground, the team got the job done very quickly and professionally; they even poured new concrete where they had to break it to access it! Very reliable and best of all, they guarantee their work, which is a huge PLUS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you for going above and beyond when caring for our first house. As first time homeowners, we felt a lot of pressure when we encountered this problem, but you guys gave us hope and helped us get this little house to a better state. Thank you.

Our garage ceiling was basically raining and they were able to get someone out to our place quick. It was late that same night and they were able to stop the leak and diagnosed the issue fast. They offered to redo all the dry wall, and ended up not charging us for the call out and diagnosis since we were able to fix the problem ourselves once diagnosed. I really trust they AREN'T trying to rip people off and care only about the customer's experience, which decreased my stress level during the whole raining ceiling experience. They've earned my trust! Would 1000% recommend!

My main sewer line was backed up and I thought that getting a quick appointment during the holiday's would be impossible, luckily for me I found The Sewer Surgeon and they came out a few hours after I called them and unclogged the line. Bruce did a quick job and even after he was done, he explained where the potential issue could be coming from. I will definitely add them to my contact list of handymen.

Bryan did a great job of getting my kitchen drain clear with the cable. They also put a camera down to see what was going on with my drain for no charge. They explained things well and gave me two options to clean out the drain better so that it won't keep getting backed up.
