My bathroom shower drain had been draining very slowly and I eventually found myself in ankle-deep water while showering.
The Sewer Surgeon had their sticker on our local paper a couple of weeks ago and my dad stuck it on the fridge. Thankfully.
Called them Thursday and had an appointment for the next day.
Jonathan came out within the arrival window and started on the drain. I don't know if it was the piping in our house, or what, but he had to leave to get another cable for the snake.
Told him to come back the next day (today, as I didn't need to take a shower at 10:30 PM (he was still doing other jobs before he said he'd come back yesterday).
He came back today, got to work and had my drain cleared within minutes.

I will do better trying to keep hair out of the drain!
I'm glad they had stickers on our paper. Otherwise I would never have known about them.
I would have called our normal plumber, but I figured he would have charged more that the sticker price.
Thanks, guys. I hope I never have to use you again. And I don't mean that in a bad way.

I was having major issues with plumbing backups at 1 of my rental properties. My tenants swore up and down it was a plumbing issue and not them disregarding what they flush. They tried getting me to use one of their family members who they said was a ""Profesional"" plumber. My tenants said he said my house needed major work.

Enter The Sewer Surgeon. I called them and even during these times was able to get a same day appointment. They came and put cameras through all the toilets and main line and found a whole bunch of not supposed to be flushed care products being flushed down my properties drains. They confirmed no major work needed to be done and cleared the drainage issue and showed me what it looked like clean.

There are a lot of untrustworthy people out there and I'm so glad I found the honest trust worthy employees of the The Sewer Surgeon!!!!!

Would not hire these guys. Waited 2 hours for them to show up for an appointment. When I called to ask why they are still not here, they said it will be another 45 minutes to an hour. WTF? If they can't keep their time just for an appointment, how can I expect them to do the job properly? Absolutely incompetent and unreliable business!

Professional, honest and friendly!
When our toilet malfunctioned I was worried that it might flood the whole place and cause some serious water damage so I gave this guys a call and they were at my door in no time, not only did they take care of the problem but they were polite and very knowledgeable.
They took care of the toilet promptly and soon it was working like new and I was stress free, for sure I'm saving their number and telling my family and friends in case they need the best customer service out there!

The guys on this team are professional, polite, and actually very helpful. They don't overcharge or even charge on service that they are not going to do, and they won't force you to do any service that you don't need to. Their quality is hard to come by nowadays, at least much better from some other handyman, plumbing, or house improvement service that I had encountered in the past. Highly recommended!!

They were actually called by my landlord for the townhome I am renting since they are my landlords regular plumbing service company for their multiple locations. I had a flood issue 2 weeks ago in my back-backyard patio area when the heavy raining just started. They told my landlord they will try to their best to get to our locations with an hour or two depending on the traffic, and they actually showed up early!

They were able to identify the issue cause by the neighbor unit actually took out their storm drain, therefore the water will not going to the main storm drain as it should, but actually hitting a blockage. Normally the water exits fine in the backyard, but the heavy rain damaged a neighbor's roof gutter, so it was dumping all the collected water from the roof all into my backyard. They changed into the jumpsuit, pump out the water and run the snake for find out what was run in the pipeline that is not exiting the water as it supposed to be. They didn't take to long to take care of the situation!
