Such sewer lines can create turmoil and destruction in your household. Failing to care for your sewer line can result in expensive damage and the unsanitary mess of a backup. Plus, there's the uncertainty of ""when will it strike again?"" Will it happen when you have company? Why gamble with that? Past issues often indicate future problems. I launched my company in 2015 for several reasons, including the exploitation of customers by larger companies and the absence of quality service with integrity that clients deserve. This is why I encourage you to ""get a second opinion from us"" because often... the situation may not be as severe as it looks.
Why choose The Sewer Doctors?
While I was employed at a large plumbing firm, my role involved delivering bad news to homeowners about costly sewer line repairs or replacements. Bad news is tough to deliver, but knowing it could have been avoided made it even harder.
How could The Sewer Doctors help?
While I couldn't eliminate sewer line problems, I had two ways to assist.
Initially, new homeowners could have been warned about the sewer line prior to purchasing their home. A simple ""colonoscopy"" of the property might have uncovered issues before the sale. Realtors can protect their clients by recommending a sewer scope inspection.
Secondly, I recognized that some of the larger companies overcharged and often suggested unnecessary repairs. I've witnessed it firsthand! Our field needed a revival of integrity and transparent pricing.
Can The Sewer Doctors address these issues?
Absolutely. And we offer excellent customer service as well! Just remember, if they suggest ""new sewer,"" make an urgent call to the Doctor!

John H.The results of a home sewer scope inspection were false and inaccurate causing our home-sale to be stalled and the sale value to decrease. Staff were untrained and uninformed about what they were observing. They introduced additional effluent to confuse and 'muddy' the picture to insure their conclusions could be substantiated based on a modicum of evidence. Poor in hiring and training at the least. Unscrupulous at the worst. Do not recommend.

They used the wrong camera on our sewer scope and caused serious issues for the negotiation of our home. They offered to re-scope for free and then canceled 10 min before the appointment. It has now caused us to have to renegotiate the contract on our home.
On top of all of this the owner argued with me after I simply demanded a refund for their service.

The owner of this business found it necessary to go on a Diatribe as to why I, the customer, am wrong. No one made even a single attempt to correct this issue with me. They, instead, chose to make this public display. If this isn't enough evidence to find another company then at least take a minute to read the passive aggressive reply to my review. A review they have rightfully earned.
Michelle C.I made an appointment today for noon. No one showed up and when my realtor called they said they had nothing scheduled at noon. This was very unprofessional.
