When we purchased our home, the home inspection report stated that the sewer line needed to addressed; a video showed tree roots growing into the sewer line. After an extensive research on the internet including advice from a plumber friend, I found the Sewer Brothers on Google. I made an appointment with the Sewer Brothers for a quote. I spoke to Carlos and showed him the inspection video. Carlos' recommended course of action was to perform a video inspection before and after the repair; roto jet the entire line to clean everything inside the sewer pipe; reline the cracked sewer pipe sections; and provide a new sewer pipe access for the future. Everything Carlos recommended was exactly what my plumber friend recommended. Carlos was responsive to emails and phone calls. The Sewer Brothers performed the job expertly, and they didn't mind me looking over their shoulders to take photos. Thank you Carlos and his crew for a fine job. I would highly recommend the Sewer Brothers to all my friends and neighbors.

Their listing says ""24HR EMERGENCY SERVICE"". I called at 12:04am and left a message. I also left a message through Yelp.

No one returned my call. I received an automated text from Pedro via Yelp that said ""Please let me know if we may assist you."" and a phone number.

I called and had to leave a message. That was at 6:28am.

No one returned my call.

I finally called back at 10:35am. I was trying to be polite and give them the benefit of the doubt. Pedro answered and said no one could come until Monday. It was Saturday morning.

I have the Flume app and it shows we are leaking 250 gallons/hour. This is a disaster.

How does a business get 5 stars when they don't return messages or calls? Or when they claim ""24HR EMERGENCY SERVICE"" but don't return messages or calls?

Carlos & Pedro did hydro jet our main sewer to get rid all the roots and installed a liner inside. Replaced water pressure regulator. They gave us a good deal & warranty period. Did an amazing job, on time and left the area clean.

I was in a rush to finish up my guest bathroom to a usable condition. Carlos was able to visit on Sunday morning to install a new toilet, new valve and handheld shower.
