The service professionals they send out are excellent. The office follow up is really lacking. I signed up for a monthly charge annual contract so that they would send out pros to look at and service my appliances when needed. They failed to do so and I realized a few months down the line - I called and asked why. They lied to me about having emailed me. I didn't have any emails. No idea why they didn't call instead of emailing. I asked them to resend the email with the date and time stamp so that I can make sure things are not going to the spam folder. They said they would. It has been months and they didn't send the email or follow up on it. They only have one number to call at where you can't complain. If you have a complain you have to hope that the CSR will remember to give you the email address where you can indeed lodge a complain. If you try to reasonably explain where your problem lies and ask for resolution, the CSR will hang up on you despite not having had any heated words with her. There is NO WAY to have your problems addressed in this company. Don't bother with their annual contracts.

Stay away from The Service pros of Cincinnati. They refuse to honor a service agreement and refuse to honor their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I bought a Big Deal from Angie's List for a main sewer line power rodding and televising for $79. It sounded like a great deal with a $404 value. Service pros did the work and then convinced my wife to pay $376 for the work we had already paid for through Angie's List. Their Operations Manager is very unprofessional with his accusations of lying and deception directed towards my family and his technician. I am 6 weeks into the fight with them to get my $376 back. THANK YOU Angie's List Complaint Resolution, American Express, and the BBB for supporting me in this fight.!!

They are more sales pros than service pros. I made an appointment last week to have my new home's old furnace inspected. The gentleman wasn't there more than 10 minutes before he started trying to get me signed up for a service plan. This is before he even took a look at the actual furnace on the inside. I'm not sure if it was because I was a woman or if this is standard procedure from them. After an hour he brings me a bill and says the charge will be $119, $40 more than they quoted me on the phone, and to top it off I could only get that phone quoted price if I signed up for the Yearly service plan. Nope. I will never use this place again.

Have not had service yet, but BRENDA was so pleasant and helpful that I immediately booked a service date with her. This was my 4th call (all to different plumbers) to inquire about snaking a floor drain. Brenda was the most responsive in answering my questions, and it didn't hurt that she had one of the best prices. I will provide additional feedback once the service call has been made, but if the technician's level of service is anything like Brenda's, this should prove to be a fabulous service experience. Thank you for making this so easy.

They came out to repair my AC unit and give me a quote on a new one. The technician who came out to repair the unit, recharged the AC without pressure testing the line. So after they recharged it, it ran out 4 days later. They charged me $379. When I told them what happened and complained on their website, they didn't even respond. Needless to say, I will NOT be using them for the replacement unit (which they quoted at $5800, and I found someone who did it for $3500). I would avoid them at all costs.

Called to get a quote for an exterior spigot installation - was told that they could not quote at all over the phone and that i had to pay a $49.99 fee for them to even come to my property, and couldn't guarantee their ""same day service guarantee."" Was told by the technician that a STANDARD hose installation starts at an absurd $450. Our house, because he had to drill through two layers of brick was quoted at $655. A complete joke and rip off. Now i'm out an afternoon, and $50 bucks. I should have just asked a handyman...

They billed me $200 for a part that costs $20 wholesale. Unfortunately I looked this up after the fact so it was too late. I realize labor is involved, but it was still way over priced. The guy also asked me to clean the filter for him but I said no.

When I called them to complain, they put me through to someone's voicemail and my call was never returned. I'll never use them again.

Please do not use this business. They overcharge a great deal and didn't even fix our furnace. Service charges are ridiculous. Please do not get taken like we did! 0 stars!

The comments from the owner were not correct to the situation. My point still stands. Don't offer a ""daily deal"" and not educate your employees on what it is. And it's ridiculous to ask the home owner to clean the filters for you on a tune-up!
