We were referred to Royal Flush by our home warranty company in September 2020 and it was unfortunately not a good experience. We had many issues with communication when Frank was initially dispatched to our house and there were multiple occurrences in which he would contact us about a date and time that he would come out to replace our hot water heater and then would not show up and would not call us to let us know that he was held up somewhere else. He would get very frustrated with us when we would call and ask the status of the installation and give us yet another date that he had no intention of showing up on. When he finally arrived at our home in mid October 2020 to install the hot water heater, he was apologetic and did what seemed to be a good job. We did not feel like leaving a review was necessary at that time, and just moved on.
Until yesterday.
We came home to a busted connection between the pipe that connects the water heater to the water source in the wall. Water was spewing out of the wall all over our garage, and the garage was flooded. We had to hire a handyman to come assess the issue quickly and he determined that the fitting that Frank originally used to connect the pipe to the wall source was previously used and damaged, as it has years of wear and tear and tarnish on it, and was well over 2 months old. We were left with a flooded garage, damaged personal property that was stored in the garage, and a huge mess to clean up in freezing temperatures. This was all due to the faulty, substandard installation job that Frank did for us. We have made a claim with the home warranty company and reported this business to the BBB.
Do not use this company unless you enjoy swimming in your garage and paying extremely high water bills due to their faulty work!

Repeatedly requested receipt of work that was done and the owner (FRANK) keeps failing to provide copies. This company was referred to me by my home (2-10) warranty company. The customer service was terrible to begin with. He stated times that he was supposed to come and never reached out to say he would be late or anything. I had to reach out and when I did I would be ignored and then finally he would respond with I'll get there the afternoon. I would reach out to him. Never followed up at all even after the times he gave. When he did finally come he stated that the job would take 4 hours and that he needed payment from me ($75 my co pay) and then he would send someone out the next day between 9-10am. I asked got the receipt from my payment and he said when he gets to the car he would send it to me. Never received it. The next day comes. Didn't hear from him and finally I reached out around 9:45 to see if someone was enroute to me and he finally responds abs say the afternoon. I proceeded to tell him he said that morning I made myself available he proceeds to tell me something more important came up. Then finally he comes that afternoon around 245pm goes upstairs with glue i assume and come back down in 5 mins abs says it's done. I asked him for the receipt again after multiple messages and he stated he would send it and I again never got it. Here we are 2 days later from until payment with no receipt. After I told him I was going to make complains about his business he proceeded to laugh at me and call me Karen. I am in the process of selling my home and the buyer requested the receipt of work and this company failed to do so. Per the warranty company this company has not even provided a diagnosis nor receipt of work to them
