I am disappointed in this company. Jaime does not arrive at the time he schedules your job. He was supposed to arrive in the morning...he did not show up until 5:15 in the evening in order to install our kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Without asking, he left our house with the old garbage disposal (still worked - I could have easily sold it), the owner's manuals and tools (allen wrench for the garbage disposal, aerator & wrench for the faucet) to the garbage disposal & faucet, and the soap dispenser that was included with the faucet. Unfortunately, he does not have these items to return to me. The faucet became loose within a month. I contacted Jaime at 8:30am on July 16th to stop by to tighten the faucet on August 1st. I basically woke him up that morning - he did not answer the phone in a professional manner...no """"good morning...this is Jaime with Standridge Plumbing...how may I help you?"""" August 1st came and went - no Jaime. I then rescheduled with Sarah for 8am on August 3rd. 8am came and went. I received a text from Sarah at 9:30am on the 3rd stating that Jaime had worked until 2am and was running late. Unfortunately, we had left the house at 9:15 to run errands. I do not recommend Standridge Plumbing due to the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and multiple excuses as to why appointments cannot be met. I am looking elsewhere to have the faucet tightened.

Do not hire Stanridge plumbing!!!! They will create more problems. Unprofessional and unreliable

Loved be showed up wearing a mask and was conscious of health and safety. Jamie came out and changed my water heater he was prompt arrived with in the hour of my call it was later in the afternoon. He removed and replaced my water heater and did not cost me an arm and a leg. He is friendly knowledgeable and hard working. He was quick and warranty's his work. Definitely will be using him for all my plumbing needs in the future. Ty

They were pompt to come out/fix our faucet and take our money...they were slow about coming back out when the faucet was broken a week later. The owner told us he lost his motorcycle keys one day, he found them the next day. We waited at home all day, he didn't come. He made arrangements for the next day and now won't answer the phone. This is unprofessional and ridiculous . All of the reviews are about him being a man of God and professional. Guess that's up to interpretation..

I am not sure Jamie is even a licensed plumber. We referred this person to our client and was a complete disaster from asking our client for tools to after a week of multiple calls and texts we can not get a receipt! Stay away! He is unresponsive and unprofessional.

I had been using Standridge Plumbing for several years and recommended them even though they were a bit unconventional. The last few times Jamie has come out, he has not been prepared for the work that needs to be done and asks to borrow things from us. This past visit was the worst and final time for us!.... He came out hours after he said he would be here as he was unprepared 2 days before when he came out to fix something. The minute he walked out the door the first time, his wife was hounding me for the payment, which I gladly paid immediately. When he left my house this time, his wife immediately started texting me, followed by a call one minute later. Then another text and call. I told her that I was in the middle of a project and would pay shortly. All in all, I received 7 CALLS, 2 VOICEMAILS, and 8 TEXT MESSAGES within an HOUR! His last text message said he was going to come back to my house and get the money-again...one hour had gone by since the time he left my home and it was only $150! When I text Jamie and advised that he better not come to my home and that if he did I would call the cops, he called me again and cussed me and my husband out again. Something is CLEARLY wrong with this guy that he needed his money that quickly. I have used him for years, there has NEVER been an issue with me paying him. I waited for him for several hours past when he was to come by, but he couldn't wait an hour for payment???

These guys did an awesome job on my issue and a great price. They are based in Alpharetta not Buford. Two companies with the same name.

Updated: Posted this review on next door, where they had a significant presence. Sarah reached out and refunded the advance.

DO NOT HIRE THIS """"COMPANY""""! Jamie is always on the way but never seems to actually show up to do the job. Constant excuses about other jobs even though you were on the schedule. Jamie and Sarah should not be running any type of """"business. """" in the rare event they do show up for 5 minutes they expect to get paid for the 5 seconds they were in your home. It will take months to complete the tiniest job. Save yourself the sanity and find an actual plumber. Sarah also doesn't want calls going to her phone but all of Jamie's calls are forwarded to her then she gets upset as to why you area calling her and not him. I DO NOT recommend Standridge Plumbing due to the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and communication.

...Continued from previous post. BTW, I am from Alpharetta, GA NOT San Francisco, CA like the post says. She asked if I could pay by ZELLE which I don't use so I said I could not. She asked if I could pay by some other online method which I had never heard of and I said I could not. She then asked if I could pay by cash. I said I COULD but that I was on my way out the door to run some errands and that if they wanted to stop by later they could pick up the cash. Well she told me that I had to DROP WHATEVER IT IS THAT I AM DOING AND GET THE CASH TO PAY THEM NOW, saying that the job has been completed (20 minutes ago) and THEY NEED TO BE PAID NOW! I hung up on her. Jamie called me back and I finally agreed to meet him at the bank to pay him in cash but I told him that he should have been clear up front about whatever requirements he had regarding payment. I told him I needed to receive an invoice from him before I paid him so he said he would send it and that he was sending his helper to meet me at the bank. When I got the invoice it was for $375 not $250 as he quoted. We argued back and forth. He said the quote did not include the time to get the materials. I finally agreed to pay him $300. The work they did was so sloppy that I ended up redoing about half of it and it looks much better than what they did and I am not a plumber. Be warned, do not use this guy. I honestly don't think this guy had any bad intentions but he does not know how to manage a business, he does sloppy work, he is unreliable, he charged more than he quoted and his wife definitely has no business being involved in it. And by the way, his plumbing license is expired, so he shouldn't even be in business.
