There is a reason why he not only has the most, but also amazing reviews. I called Steven at Rooter Wizard to resolve a plumbing issue at my mom's. He was able to come by and get the job done within an hour at a very affordable rate. He was very professional, friendly, and most of all I'd trust him to do work around my mom's place when I'm not around. I stuck his magnet up on the fridge as he earned himself a longtime customer.

Unexpectedly, I had a major plumbing problem in my house in Old Town, Bay St. Louis. I had water everywhere and had to find a plumber, fast. I called The Rooter Wizard at 7:00 a.m. this morning and my appointment was set to take place at noon. The owner of the company arrived early and I was immediately pleased. This is a very professional company - Steven came in his company vehicle, had all the right equipment, including a camera system, and cleared my blockage - all while explaining everything about what he was doing and how to prevent a similar blockage. Great guy and an excellent experience. Thanks, Steven. You're my plumber from here on!!! Edit: The Rooter Wizard's prices are right on point. I was given the estimate upfront and just cannot express the integrity of Steven and his company. I am beyond pleased.

Advertising states open 24/7. Called in afternoon,no answer, left message asking for price on auger service. No return call, called back again 24 hours later during standard work week hours. Reached office, stated problem and requested quote.Office could not quote price or time of service. Call returned, stated it would be the following afternoon till they could do inspection and wouldn't give a price beforehand. Passed on any further dealings as sewer problem was urgent, and pricing upfront is a service I expect.

We spend half the year down here in Mississippi and aren't too familiar with businesses in the area. I've called a couple plumbers I pulled randomly out of the Yellow Pages come to my house before--big mistake. Thankfully, a friend mentioned Rooter Wizard and it turns out they were something else... a cut above the rest. We have this toilet in the downstairs that won't stop running. Either you always hear it running, or it will """"flush"""" every so often. It's been doing this the whole time we been down here. I call the plumber, he changes out some stuff in the tank and I'm good... for a month or so until it happens again. After 4 times I got fed up with that same company and called Rooter Wizard. They were able to come out the very next day. When then guy got there (Steven, I think) he put booties on over his shoes, without me even saying anything. This means a lot to me because we don't wear shoes in the house. He patiently listened while I told him what's been happening and then went to take a look. He knew immediately what was wrong when he saw it. """"These part aren't even for this toilet! No wonder they fail after a month!"""" He rebuilt the water closet (with the correct parts) and then also noticed I had one of those old bendy metal pipes coming from the wall to the toilet. He recommended changing that out to a woven metal tubing because the one that was there was fit to burst at one of the bends. Seriously, compared to three other plumbers I've had out to the house, this dude was legit. He's got a professional van, polite, nice, uniform... to me it was the small details. The booties over his shoes, the sharing of homeowner knowledge... he even showed me how to turn the main water to the house on and off in case of an emergency... which I admit, I didn't know. I heard about them through a friend actually, so thought I'd pay it forward and tell others about it.

This will be the only plumber I will call!!!! After trying to reach multiple plumbers, one returned my call and """"fixed"""" the problem, which apparently did not work. The second complained about his hours with this company, came and """"fixed"""" the problem. Neither """"fixed"""" the problem. I called The Rooter Wizard on a Sunday expecting at best an answer machine. Much to my surprise the owner of the company answered the phone! He listened and arranged to be at my home the next day. He and his workers were on time (!), clean and assessed our issues. He was under the house and in the attic. Once his assessment was complete he showed us videos of areas of concern that we could not see. He is honest, compassionate, fair and complete. He maintains open communication, is fair and prioritized work that needed asap attention vs items that could be done at a later time. There were no surprises. His work ethic is far beyond what we have found available in southern MS with all workers- not just plumbers. We have lived all over the US as Navy sailors. The Rooter Wizard maintains the highest quality work ethic we have experienced. We will not call another plumber- if you are thinking of calling a plumber, call the Rooter Wizard and your plumbing problems will be taken care of and you will know it was done correctly!

TWENTY STARS, 2 thumbs up, & a big fat hug to Mr. Steven! My 93-year old Mom's property (external water pipe) was vandalized a couple of days ago, leaving her without water. I live & work in Washington, D.C., & felt absolutely powerless to help her. I found all these amazing reviews for The Rooter Wizard, and in particular, Mr. Steven. He promptly returned my call and assured me he would take a look as quickly as possible despite working on a separate job at the moment. He told me that he aims to prioritize people in need such as my Mom, because she had no water. Being so far away, I naturally feared the worst. However, I received a prompt text from Mr. Steven letting me know that he had found an effective solution that did not involve gouging me for extra parts/materials/pipes that my Mom doesn't need. He fixed the problem on the spot and then texted me with the price, which was much, much LOWER than I was expecting. I am not even in-state so he definitely could have gouged me & taken advantage of me and my elderly Vietnamese Mother, who would not know any better. Furthermore, Mr. Steven made repairs even though I was not present to pay him there on the spot. My MoM indicated she did not have any cash to pay him, & Mr. Steven reassured her that he would work out payment with me later. WHO IS THIS ANGEL, & how do we clone him? Furthermore, he treated my Mom with such kindness and respect and calmed her down as she was stressing over her water issue. Mr. Steven put her at total ease, & I just want to cry over his kindness & compassion. I was stuck in meetings all day & only just got in touch with him to pay him...10 hours AFTER he already completed the job. He didn't even harass or nag me for payment. He just let me know we could settle it when I was available. He doesn't even know me & took me on the honor system. Well, Mr. Steven is an honorable person, who just showed me that not all hope is lost in mankind. GOOD, COMPASSIONATE people DO still exist!!!! You just can't put a price on integrity AND amazing service. You are one in a million, Mr. Steven!!! THANK YOU!!!! There is no point in going anywhere else other than The Rooter Wizard.

Of course, as luck would have it, my toilet started leaking badly 2 days before Christmas. We called another company just to get an estimate just in case my husband's fixit skills weren't sufficient. I called them that Wed from the Home Advisor website. Well actually they called me right away. I actually called them back Thurs crying uncle that our fix ain't fix a thing. I also called Steven at Rooter Wizard who answered the call after hours no less and he not only gave me a quote but didn't say it would cost even more for being Christmas Eve!!! Not only did he arrive on time pretty much right away and I actually asked for a little more time since I """"thought"""" I needed a new toilet. Steven took the time to explain to my husband and I where we screwed the pooch and basically explained we didn't really necessarily need a new toilet and he gave us the option to fix it or replace it showing my husband exactly how to replace it if there was some crazy need for my husband to try that again. Nope! All the nopes that ever noped in Nopeland cause I'm calling my new """"boo"""" Steven for all my plumbing needs. He was kind, knowledgable, funny, and professional! What a gem of a plumbing company in Biloxi! So glad we called Steven in our hour of greatest need. We were very lucky to have found such experience and professionalism in one place! Despite working tirelessly through his lunch hour, to answer our questions while removing a major blockage in our sewer line, Steven was an example of grace and patience (a real class act, honest, straightforward, considerate and wise). Great customer service/focus, great work, and I truly look forward to the pleasure of doing business with him in the future!
