Beware stay away from this company poor craftsmanship they don't stand behind their work they came out replace the pipe they're not install it right caused a lot of damage to my unit. They don't want to take responsibility for it. Don't even want to talk to me on the phone, they replied by texting, don't have the balls to talk to me if you're home warranty service send them out don't even let them in your house warning stay away from them..Zero stars

We've had rooter service come to our house from First American home warranty. Since that initial visit, we have not heard back from anyone, not from Rooter Service or from First American. In the meantime, we've had no kitchen sink use for the last two weeks. I don't know how any family who is expected to function w/o a kitchen sink. We've called several times and no answer. Might as well take care of the issue myself.

Ricky is fantastic. I've had such horrible experiences with the contractors that First American Home Warranty assigned for me multiple times. When the Rooter Service was assigned to me, they were the third contractor assigned. Ricky came on time and I received text updates on his arrival.

When he did arrive he was professional and mindful of covid precautions, he wore a mask and shoe booties to keep the house clean which I really appreciated.

He went about his work and fixed my plumbing issue with my shower and leaking problems with my sink with ease.

I could not express how happy I was because this was all done within a 24hr timeframe from when I submitted my request.
