At 5pm we had an emergency situation where our toilets were backing up and be overflowing, a clog in the main line. Our regular plumber does not have after hours so we were searching for help and came across The Rooter Man. He answered at 5:30pm, said he could be at our home within the hour, and gave us a few tips in the meantime. He was prompt, thorough and very kind. He even followed up with a courtesy call. I'd highly recommend Alberto and we'll definitely use him again.

We got home from the hospital with a new baby on a Sunday night to find our toilet clogged. I chose this business because they are local and open 24/7. I was so grateful for their excellent and quick service. Our toilet was fixed less than 30 minutes later and they sanitized the floor and congratulated us. The Rooter Man came within 24 hours of my call which was great (and it wasn't even an urgent matter). The team showed and was nice, clean, fast and efficient. The price was more than we had discussed over the phone but that was because the access to my faucet was more labor intensive. I forgot to ask about a broken sink stopper in my kids bathroom and so asked him to check it out right before they left. Alberto replaced two parts and fixed it right then and there at no additional charge. I'll definitely call back for future plumbing needs.

The rooter man is more than just a man, he is a hero. After calling several other ""24 hour"" plumbers with no success, the rooter man picked up the rooter phone and sprang to action. The rooter cave was about 25 minutes away from the scene of the clog but the rootermobile got him (and his lovely wife) to the dance in no time at all. The rooter man used all the weapons he had at his disposal to fight the boss clog. Finally, after what seemed like all night (actually just about 10 minutes), the clog fell to the rooter man's special powers and the drain was flowing once again. Modest, like all super hero's, his only words were ""sometimes people take a big poop."" Wiser words have never been spoken! Thanks Rooter Man!

Alberto made time for our emergency situation, during resent rain storms Feb. 2019. We had a heavy down pour of rain all at once, the relief-drain backed up into our patio accumulating 2 inches of water at our sliding glass doors. I left a message begging for someone to come out and snake our drain. I was not going to be able to sleep that night because the weather called for another huge storm coming at midnight. The best I could do was a wet-vac on hand in case the water built back up. We called another guy and they wanted to charge us $250 for just one drain. Alberto called to say he was booked solid and would come the next morning. I explained our situation. He arrived 7pm that night, looked at the blocked drain. Said he would snake it but that sand and fire ash needed to be hydro blasted to clear the pipes. Not only did he clear my drain nearest our patio wall, but the connecting drains! I was able to pull sand and ash out the next day~ Alberto was right, and thankfully he did clear the drain and I was able to sleep through a huge rain storm with no worries. He is a man of his word and bent over backwards to help us out. We really appreciate his honesty and work ethic. His prices are well within range of what would be charged, but the best part is he is a local business man. When the highways closed, he is in town to help.
