Hello, our kitchen faucet broke. Alberto came out in a couple of hours and a fantastic replacement product in his truck. He made our kitchen look better while fixing a worn-out fixture.

They had strict COVID-19 procedures, and handled everything just a little bit better and more thoroughly than average. For example, he recommended other things needing work. And, he showed us how to maintain the faucet for longer life.

Alberto and Julian truly saved us. It was late on a Friday afternoon, and we had needed to turn off the water to the whole house because of a significant toilet leak at the valve from the wall. We couldn't turn the water back on without it being repaired. They showed up within 15 minutes of our call and quickly diagnosed (and explained) the fix. Within a 1/2 hour, we were back in business. We have used ""The Rooter Man"" other times in the past, but never for an emergency. They have always been timely, helpful, professional, and fairly priced. We highly recommend this business!

Alberto and his team are very professional and very nice people. After we experienced a leak with our kitchen faucet, we called Alberto (who was recommended to us) and he came the next day.
