On April 2nd I had a window of 10:00 - 12:00 for someone to come work on my kitchen sink. I called at 12:15 to find out if someone was coming as I had not heard anything. I received a text from Marc saying he couldn't answer the call. So, I replied asking if he or someone was coming since it was past the 2 hour window. I received another text telling me they were 3 hours behind. They had to know before 10:00 they were behind and should have let me know. I had a doctor's appointment at 2:00. I then replied to please cancel the appointment. Later I had a missed called from Alex who did NOT leave a message. I called the number back, Alex answered told me he would be at my home in 1 1/2 hours. I told him I had canceled and why. He asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I told him no. He hung up immediately. No apology. I received a second text from Marc telling me he was dealing with his daughter using weed in school. That has no bearing on why I was not contacted earlier. I will not use them again. They are also very expensive. I had someone from another trade who knows this company tell me to find someone else as they felt they charged too much.
