We had a fitting come loose and couldn't even turn off our main water line. My husband called these guys. They were here right away and fixed it for $300. I am so thankful to them! He did a great job and didn't price gouge us. HONEST & RELIABLE!
John A.These guys came to the rescue again! I called this morning (very friendly receptionist) because the inlet and exit filters burst in the big freeze. I ordered a replacement kit and installed the 2 filters. But in the process, the inlet ball valve froze then wouldn't work. So I called the Rooter Guys. They said they could schedule me for 2 days later. About an hour later, Matt (Junior) calls me and says, ""I can be there in a half hour."" I met him at the office and he did the replacement in about 10 minutes! Super nice guy! Great company. You can't go wrong with this company!
Peter M.I spoke to Chelsey last week to set up a pump at my rental. She said her first available was today Tuesday. I asked her to call the property manager and she said ok, I gave her the phone number. Since the tenants don't really need to be there it was just informational so that the prop mgr can let the tenants know. This is something I've done with service providers multiple times through the years, it's never a problem.
Anyway I just called to check the status today make sure they're going out there. She didn't remember who I was which is understandable then I explained everything to her to refresh your memory. I don't think she remembered anything and she never called the property manager. So now I just wasted a week and I called Little Stinker and they're going to get all my work.
Some sort of reminder app or a pad and paper with ""things I need to do"" may help, lol.
I called The Rooter Guys on 4/26/22 regarding a problem with a heat pump water heater. I explained the problem and told the person answering the phone the manufacturer's name and the fact that the water heater was a heat pump. A service date was scheduled for a time frame between 11 am and 1 pm 4/28/22, two days later. I stayed home awaiting the The Rooter Guys service person. At 4 pm I called wondering what had happened to the service person and was told that the service person was rerouted to other jobs because The Rooter Guys don't work on heat pumps. The contact at The Rooter Guys said she had just been too busy to call and tell me I wouldn't be having a service appointment. I have used The Rooter Guys previously for septic pumping. Clearly they are way too busy so I'll be using others in the future.
K H.Matthew came to my house to unclog a toilet today. He was professional, respectful and friendly. The service was fast and the price was fair. I would call them again.
Had our tank pumped yesterday (April 14, 2021) and couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommend them and a special Shout Out to Mike. Good job.

Rick B.The work they performed per my request was adequate but there was no ""above and beyond."" Companies that work hard at keeping customers and hopefully good reviews strive hard for customer referrals. I asked the technician if he could also give me an estimate on adding a recirculating hot water system in my crawl space as our water from the tap in the winter is ice cold for about a minute. He said he couldn't do it at the time of my service call but would mention it to his boss and come out within the next couple of days to work up an estimate. It's been 3 weeks and I made one call to him to find out when he was coming by. No answer and I have not heard from him or his company. I've moved on to a different company. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Lisa B.Some of these reviews absolutely shock me, as my experience with this company couldn't have been better.
I was having issues with my plumbing gurgling and the plumber advised me to call someone for my ""grinder (septic) pump,"" as he suspected that was where my trouble was coming from. I have a large Saint Bernard who blows her coat twice a year and fur get everywhere, including the laundry. His suspicion was the fur clogged up the motor to the pump.
I had gotten quotes from B&B ranging from $500-$650 for just pumping out the sludge (for lack of a better work). That didn't even include fixing (unclogging) the pump itself, as they ""don't do that."" United Crown would fix the pump but I would have to call someone else to drain the chamber prior to them coming.
Frustrated, I called Rooter Guys (who were the only ones that did both). Not 30 mins later, Mike came to check things out. He was professional, drained the chamber, cleared the pump of the fur that had been jamming it and diagnosed a circuit issue being the reason the alarm wasn't notifying us that it was full. Unfortunately, he thought the pump might have been burned out and gave us a quote (2,500-3,800 depending on the pump we choose). That couldn't have come at a worse time financially for us.
The next day their electrical Dept came out to look at the circuits. Jimmy, Austin and Junior couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They also came with great news. The breaker was stuck and once they got it unstuck and working, the pump and float monitors were also working. These guys could've easily taken me for a lot of money, but instead went out of there way to fix the problem and save me a ton of money. Who does that anymore?! It was so reassuring that honesty and integrity is a value this company stands by. I will absolutely be calling them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Craig H.I cant recommend the rooter guys. I called them last minute for a septic alarm to have my tanked pumped. They said they would make it happen. As the day went on they kept pushing me off, it Ibhad a back up into my basment.
I also told told them I had about 25' of lift and was told bo problem.
well when the guy came out he said that he could obly do 21' of lift. The only pumped about half the tank and was charged $670, still have to have someone else come out and pump the rest. I understand this was a last minute request, but they should have never agreed to get it done.
Anya F.We had an evening septic backup. We called a few companies and ended up choosing The Rooter Guys because Matthew was willing to come out promptly. It was nearly 9:pm when he arrived, he worked diligently to clear the clog, gave us some suggestions for follow up treatments, and charged us the bottom end of the quoted price. We are very satisfied with this service and would definitely recommend Matthew and The Rooter Guys.
