These guys are freaking fantastic. Came out the day I called and worked to accommodate my schedule, communicated clearly, and texted when they were on their way. Once on the job they were very friendly and talked me through my issues -- gave clear advice on what might be causing my backup, and what I can do to prevent problems in the future. Worked quick and left me smiling. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

worst rip off crew I have ever seen. Marc Mathis and his partner member totally left my home with over 15k in damages that my insurance co. is now after for poor workmanship. Please everybody, take my experience as a nightmare waiting to happen. Trust me. He will not respond to any complaints and I found out the BBB has permamenty revoked his standing .

The way you handle a problem is often times worse than the problem itself.

The Rooter Guys failed to clean my sewer lateral all the way to the mainline drain as is required in the City of Davis. This policy varies from municipality to municipality but it is quite clear in their written policy. If a company is going to do work in a place it is their responsibility to be up on the local codes. They got the sewer flowing again by pushing their camera into the roots and loosening things up but because they didn't rooter it out at the connection and the problem will be coming back sooner than later. The City of Davis confirmed this diagnosis.

How they handled this was to basically promise to have the technician call (he never did) and then ignore me when I called (I assume caller ID) and never returning messages. In other words they handled it horribly.

Its been nearly a month now and I am going to have to call out another service to complete the job they should have done correctly in the first place.

Merle and his son Brodie came out for a kitchen sink blockage I had. Merle was extremely helpful and very knowledgable. He was able to show me step by step what was causing the issue and also how to fix it on my own. He even went out of his way and helped with the plug on my bathroom sink.

I called several plumbers and asked about replacing an undermount sink (under granite) and always received a ""no"". Ted from Rooter Guys came out and did a fantastic job. He replaced an old white undermount sink with an over mount stainless steel. It was a hard job, but done with precision and it looks great! I would not hesitate to call them back again for any plumbing job - especially one that requires creativity.

I booked an appointment from their Fairfield location because they had a $77 coupon special for up to 75 ft to unclog a drain. My kitchen sink was plugged up. The tech was friendly and pleasant and he did an overall good job, however he said he never looked at the coupons!!! Why??? He used the first machine and he
only went up to 25 ft I found out after the fact. I pointed out that the coupon said up to 75 ft. His 25 ft didn't do the job, so he had to use another piece of equipment to the tune of $150. That's almost twice as much as the special. Maybe it would have still been clogged at 75 flt, but maybe it would have done the trick. I pointed out a Senior discount of 15% which he honored, but only after talking to his supervisor. I mean, here's the coupon that shows the discount and you have to call your supervisor to honor it? He acted like he was doing me a big favor. He mentioned ""I saved you a ton of money!"" How do I know that, I'm not a plumber. My advice, if you use these guys, present the coupon to the tech before they do a thing or otherwise you may get ripped off like I felt I did.

Bo and Maurice to the rescue. We had a backed up sewer that resisted my do-it-yourself fix. I called the Rooter Guys at 9:30 am and they were here by 12:30. After unclogging a stubborn spot they ran a camera down to see why I was having trouble. They were able to point out the problem right on a portable screen. Thanks guys.

Just had the pleasure of working with the Rooter Guys. Marc and Bo were great! Answered all of our questions (they didn't seem to mind that I was being super nosey) and gave us an awesome price to unclog our main sewer line. They didn't try and up sell which was much appreciated. Marc even took a quick look at our toilet too and gave a quote to take to our landlord. Thanks Rooter Guys!

My water heater stopped working. I had no hot water for 2 days. I called The Rooter Guys and they said it was a bad thermocouple. They were able to fix it that same day and in a timely manner. Maurice was great. Thank you Rooter Guys
