I called the Rooter Guys to help with an overflowing toilet. I gave my son a bath in the bathtub upstairs, drained the tub and my husband yelled the toilet is overflowing (downstairs). We got it to stop and waited until morning to call. The Rooter Guys came out first thing in the morning and arrived within the promised window. The technician got right to work with the snake and removed a bunch of roots from the line. He explained what he had to do, likely why we had that problem and how to avoid it in the future. He quoted the price upfront and it was very fair. All is working now I am so impressed and would recommend them for any plumbing needs. Thanks Guys!

Plumbing issue, called and technician came out. In order to have all the plumbing cleaned paid $550.00, after a week when they said they camera'ed the lines and they were all clear, drain backed up, they came out again and said there was a break in a pipe. SCAM??? Called three other companies and they came out and found a clog in the pipe between the kitchen and bathroom. If they camera'ed the pipes wouldn't they have know about the clog??? No broken pipe. When I asked the tech that came out if he camera'ed the line between the bath and kitchen, he said yes....How is that possible.... asked for a refund and sending complaint to State Lic. Board....bad all the way around.

Really? Is this how you run your business? I called yesterday and agreed to an appointment this morning for between 8-9. The guy I spoke with was nice enough, and told me that Xavier would be coming. No show nor call. I called them at 10 and got an answering machine. I left a message and my number, asking for a call back. Obviously they don't need my business. I'll call someone else willing to keep their word; a company with a business ethic, not this one!

In a time of great stress--backed up plumbing after business hours and overflowing floor drainage-- I count my blessings that my business partner and I called these guys. The Rooter Guys truly epitomize ethical business practices. We first met Mark late in the evening when our yoga studio plumbing backed up and needed immediate after hours attention. We read the Yelp reviews on The Rooter Guys and called. Mark was onsite within an hour, cleared our lines and took care of the problem professionally and cheerfully. His price was MORE than fair. He's ""legit."" And then....we had another unrelated issue. And then another that required attention. Each time Mark or his partner Maurice came to our aid and helped us understand our existing plumbing issues and advised us what to do next. They even came to a lengthy meeting with our landlord-- They really went ABOVE AND BEYOND in their efforts to help us. Not only are they knowledgeable, ethical, and professional--they are JUST GOOD, KIND-HEARTED people. I would NEVER call anyone else. They will be my TOP recommendation to anyone for all commercial and residential plumbing needs.

I highly recommend the Rooter Guys. Marc came out 2 hours after I called. I had a backed up toilet and tub. He cleaned the line and successfully drained both the tub and the toilet. He walked me through all of the work that was completed in easy to understand terms. He also provided a video inspection of the line, free of charge. Everything was written in detail on the invoice for my records. Very easy to work with and completed the job efficiently and quickly. My stressful morning turned out okay with Marc's help. Highly recommended!

Hired them to clear a clogged drain. The plumber brought a very small snake. The clog returned after a short time period. I later had to hire Roto-rooter to do the job right.
