I looked around for a local rooter, found Albert, and haven't called anyone else since. Including the replacement of a toilet, he's been great. He's, honest, skilled, and made sure the installation was leak free by coming back a second time quickly. He charged a very fair price and spent extra time making sure the job was done right. Albert is easy to get ahold of, quick with a text, and just really good to work with. It's nice when you find the right person to work on your house.

Lifesaver!! Had a clogged toilet and could not fix. It caused complete mayhem as the toilet kept running and put 2 inches on the bathroom floor. Albert came out within an hour (!!!) and ran a snake. Because I found The Rooter Co on Yelp...I got a great discount. Thanks for making my day, Albert!!!

Albert and Kelvin are wizards. We had a mystery clog in our baby's bathroom that another plumber had failed to fix. They were able to retrieve a washcloth (uh-oh) that was backing everything up.

I also really appreciated that they were early and communicative through the whole process. They got the job done quickly while also letting me know the steps and why they were taking them. Easy peasy. They are also incredibly fair with their pricing.

Smooth experience. Plumber showed up on time, diagnosed the plumbing leak in a Timely manner and explained the repair options and costs. Fixed exactly what was asked without trying to sell additional work.

I had this company come out today for a blocked sewer line. They were prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgable. Their price for the work was fair, and they provided some extra services at no extra charge, which I thought was very nice. I will use them again, and will recommend them to my friends. Called Al and he came out the same day, 3hours. Fixed the stopped bathroom sink with a long snake, put everything back, tested and cleaned up in less than half and hour. He was also reasonably priced, $5 and $25 less than the two other rooter specialists I called! Altogether a 5 star job!

When you Google & call around for Rooter service, it can be hard to tell who is really a service provider & who is just acting as a switchboard that is then going to forward your needs to a random plumber. When I called Albert, he not only actually answered my call himself, but he then walked me through what he would do, with what equipment, & for how much.

When Albert came by my house as scheduled, some circumstances on my end required that Albert come back at a later time. I apologized & offered to pay him something for his visit, but he not only refused any payment, he actually took the time to advise me how to be best prepared when he returned.

Albert shared that he covers a very large territory, but fortunately he resides relative close by & was willing to come back by my house later that Friday night. When he did do the work, he was professional, employed a wide range equipment (e.g. a snake, camera, & an underground pipe locator), going well beyond my expectations & yet stayed within his very fair quote. I actually had to insist on paying him more - & this coming from someone looking to save every penny.

Obviously, I would highly recommend Albert.
