We had a sewer main line clog and Mike came out to give us an estimate - he laid out the options for us with associated costs.

We have a family friend plumber who we were also waiting on an opinion from so we told them we'd get back to them - our family friend confirmed that their estimates were fair and that the options they gave us were accurate.

We had them come in the next day to clear the clog and to put in a main line clean out (old home). They were efficient, courteous, and patient with all of our questions.

We would/will call them again!

I guess you can call around and take your chances OR you can call The Rooter Company and get experienced, professional service at a very reasonable price. My house is 60 years old and has fairly regular clogging problems. Had multiple lines hydrojetted to mitigate the current issues. It was obvious by the camera inspection my system will need additional work. Pretty easy decision whom I will be calling. Thanks Lukas and Valentine!

The shower decided to stop draining, and when the toilet flushed and the washing machine drained the water level rose. I went to the folks with the best reviews here to fix that, whatever the problem was - it ended up being a clog due to old corroded pipes that they needed to fix.

The Rooter Company had a crew in my house within the hour, and they did an excellent job finding and breaking up the blockage. The cost was very reasonable.

They also made recommendations for some plumbing fixes that would minimize future issues, but it was a very soft sell, which I appreciated. Chances are I'll call them to do the fixes once my budget allows.

If I could give 10 stars I would!

I had a nightmare of a plumbing situation and didn't know who to call. I came to yelp and the Rooter company looked great so I gave them a call. They were able to have someone out within the hour.

They showed up so friendly and knowledgeable but most of all helpful. As a widowed mother the stress and fear of being taken advantage of in these type of situations is always in the back of my mind. I truly felt at ease knowing they did everything they could to give me the best deal!

Also they were so fast! Truly happy with my experience!

I had a backup at the house. There was a clogged line about a month prior which I was able to snake out. Then it came back. TRC suggested that it would be better to hydroblast it out due to all the buildup of junk. I mean I was offered a less expensive alternative which was to snake it out again. That service would have been guaranteed for only 30 days. Well, with the hydroblast it is guaranteed for 90 days so I took it.
They went through the roof vent. They also provided me with a video that showed the cleaning process. They were fast, efficient and friendly. They didn't try to push anything on me. They just gave me the options and let me decide. They took care of the clog. Hopefully it won't be back. Excellent service. Satisfied. I will do an update in 3 months.
