Our wt bar had a pipe bust after 5 years of living in our house. Right Man Plumbing was the only company that responded and came out on short notice. They fixed our issues. A hour later we noticed that it was dripping and wanted to confirm that it was trying to leak; they came back inspected everything again. They even asked the next day how things were going. Wonderful family owned business.

We had this crew install a water heater. They were very good. They charged a reasonable price, and gave us the option to pick up the water heater ourselves, get rid of the old one ourselves, nd save about half the install price. They were able to do the work by the next day, and they were dependable to show up on time. I will call them again.

I hired this guy to fix a leak in my bath tub. He charged me $160 for labor and $100 for the part. After he finished, luckily I checked the leak before I gave him the money. The leak was worse than when I called him. Very nice guy but he did not do the job for me. I would not use him again and I would not recommend him to anyone else based on the job he did for me. You get what you pay for. I paid him nothing because he did nothing.

I can't say enough great things about The right man plumbing. My grandma's toilet leaked and flooded her basement. The worst part about it is, she lives on Anderson Island and I couldn't find anyone to come over to help her out. They were not only willing to come to the island they were able to do it within 2 days. He was so nice and kind. They were in and out and fixed the problem in no time. Great people!!!

I would use extreme caution when hiring this company. There are no records in the state of Washington for a business license. Tupou charged over 7K for a septic tank replacement, and now that we are selling the house we find out that NO permits were filed, the work he performed in 2013 does NOT meet code, and subsequently we need to replace the entire septic system with one that meets county code. He took advantage of an elderly couple and ripped them off. FYI: Permits and state licenses are public record. There is NO record for either in the state of Washington. Stay away from this company.
