We had a great experience with Mitch at The Right Guys Plumbing! He installed a recirculating pump and associated piping for our water heater, as he has done for several of our neighbors. This allows us to get hot water right away at all of our taps instead of wasting tons of water waiting for it to get hot. I wish we had done this sooner! Mitch was meticulous in his work, he was punctual and communicative, his pricing was fair, and he cleaned up everything. And he's a nice guy who really knows plumbing! 10/10, highly recommend!

The boiler for our radiant heating system failed and we decided to replace it with an air to water heat pump.
We hired Mitch to install the heat pump. He is extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job. His attention to detail and craftsmanship could not have been better.
I built my house 10 years ago as an owner builder and dealt with numerous subcontractors. I was disappointed by the quality of work done by most of them.
Mitch is one of the few contractors I would recommend to others.
The workmanship and materials were top notch.

We got an outstanding deal from Home Depot on a new a Rinnai tankless water heater, to replace our 18 year-old unit that still worked, but we wanted better efficiency. We then set out to find a Rinnai Pro to install it for us, for the warranty. First struggle was to find a Pro to come out to our house in Jackson because many said we were out of area or wanted to charge $300+ to come out here! Second struggle was to find a Pro who didn't chastise us for making a purchase without going through them, or flat out say they couldn't because of ""liability issues,"" (even though Home Depot is an authorized Rinnai retailer). I found Mitch on the Rinnai Pro network on their website and gave him a call. He was super nice and had no issue with only performing the installation for us all the way in Jackson! His quote was more than reasonable, compared to others we got, and based on his Yelp reviews, we knew we found our guy! We scheduled a date/time to perform the work. He arrived on time, was very professional, and even completed the registration on the unit for us through his Pro Network! His work was meticulous (see photo), and he even painted pipes to match the house! Everything is labeled clearly as well. He rewrapped the pipes with insulation foam wraps and added heavy duty tape to secure them for years to come. He cleaned up all boxes, packing materials, and hauled off the old water heater! No mess left!! It's difficult to find an honest contractor that is reasonable and takes pride in their work, and that is Mitch!

Our 10 year old tankless water heater was making an annoying loud hum and it it needed to serviced. The hum is gone and the system is clean and descaled! The service was friendly and professional. Best of all the price was reasonable...will call again for the next servic.
