I needed someone to install my window AC unit. I have a window with a bars on it and needed special custom fit.

Yesterday towards the end of the day I reached out to a bunch of companies on Yelp. And seemingly within a matter of minutes Ted reached out and said he was in the area and could come by and give me an estimate. I was impressed with his on the spot ability to assess the window situation and come up with a solution. Booked a time for him to come back today. And this handsome hero in black from The Response Team came to my rescue. Not all hero's wear capes!

Super professional! I can't thank him enough. Great job. My apartment is cool and my cat and I are ready for the summer heat now. Worth every single very reasonable penny. I wish my apartment needed more work done.

My bathroom exhaust fan went out and I was too afraid to replace it myself so I contacted The Response Team. They were very responsive to yelp messages and text messages which made receiving a quote and asking questions very easy. There was a little bit of confusion when it came to my appointment but Ted (the owner) came to get the job done. Ted was polite, quick, and efficient. My exhaust fan was replaced in less than 45 and it is working great! Thank you!!

I needed some new door hardware installed right away, as the old hardware was falling apart. I called Ted and he showed up within an hour. After taking a quick look at what had to be done, he got to work and finished the job perfectly.

I'm writing an update as Ted was supposed to come back to our home and install one more set of shades for a complicated window. He needed a special ladder. He kept his word and came back not even two days later. What great service and professionalism. So happy with his work!

I had a stove top burner that wouldn't turn on. For Ted, this job was neither too small nor too difficult. He let me know up front the cost of trying to fix it. That was a fair price. Ted took his time to make sure the burner was clean and back to normal. He even advised me how the problem happed and hence how I could prevent this from recurring.

Before I reached out to Ted, I called a different handyman and he wouldn't fix stove burners because it is beyond his skill set. Well, our go-to-handyman from now on is Ted. He fixes burners and a whole lot of other household repair jobs.

Ted lives up with the name the company he found. He scheduled the appointment with you and showed up within time even a small job. After discovering the issue, he explained what needed to be done and would correct the problem to satisfaction. His pricing is reasonable for his good performance.
