There was a hideous and gargantuan microwave attached to my condo kitchen wall dating back to 1986. One handyman tried to remove but wasn't able to. He knew where the extra bolt was but didn't have the time or patience to work his way to it. Ted came over and was able to solve the puzzle. Prompt, friendly, professional. Ted was very responsive, courteous, and professional. My ceiling fan just stopped working. Almost all the handyman that I contacted suggested that I replace it and gave me a quote for just installing a new fan, some as high as $350. Ted told me that he needed to do a diagnostic to pinpoint the problem first. He came as soon as the following day on a Sunday morning. He was able to pinpoint the problem and fixed it. He only charged me $100, and saved me the cost of purchasing a new fan. I'd definitely hire him again for other projects.

TRT Ted came to fix my broken pipe the same day that I first contacted him. He analyzed the problem and quickly figured out the best, most efficient and economical way to solve my plumbing issue. I needed a window A/C installed and a TV mounted. Ted was very responsive to all of my questions prior to scheduling a time. I always ask a ton of questions when using a new company because I've had some really bad experiences.

Ted arrived at the scheduled time. He was able to mount the TV with no issue, but my window A/C was massive. Apparently, I purchased a 24000 BTU A/C in my desire to stay cool during our hot summers. Ted had to lift a very heavy A/C and did a wonderful job at installing. The only downfall which was completely my fault was that I needed a different outlet which Ted tried to do...he even went to Home Depot to get the right part, but the beast of an A/C required a dedicated circuit.

I will definitely use this company again. It's difficult to find a good handyman and I actually found a great one!
