Ted is an over achiever! We needed our retaining wall to be fixed before it starts raining and he finished it with calculation and smart engineering. Also he ended up fixing it so that it would match our house color. Ted also went to the roof and fixed our existing gutters and added gutters and engineering a good water route plan. He also started fixing cement cracks that caused mold in our car port, and fixed all the deteriorating stucco around the house. He did so much masonry around our problem areas that I can definitely feel better when our storm season hits. He doesn't skip corners and makes sure that we get the most value out of our budget! I have projects already waiting for him.

Hes personable and easy to communicate with and comes to your house with a good mood.

I called to troubleshoot a hall light that refused to work even after changing out the the light switch and light fixture. The guy showed up within 2 hours, figured out the issue (a short circuit), and $400 & 20 minutes later, I had a working hall light again. The guy was courteous, pleasant to chat with, and clearly knew his stuff.

Ted is amazing. He responded to my request quickly and came out to see what my issues were. He was very informative and knowledgeable. All of my issues were resolved quickly and we even added a couple more items for him to fix. Overall, he put in a new toilet pump, replaced my tub drain, snaked the tub and sink, fixed the sink stopper, and recaulked my tub. He even tightened the toilet seat for us lol. Highly recommend Ted. I called him last week, and he immediately responded despite the fact it was late in the business day. He came out the next day, and he gave me a great quote and promptly completed the work efficiently and extremely effectively. He did electrical work; he repaired a side fence; he fixed a hall rail, he put covers over smoke detectors, etc. Some of these tasks were things I should be able to accomplish, but there wasn't any discernible judgment from Ted. Also, I think I'm out of the doghouse with my wife bc her list is done (for now). Lol. Thank you, Ted!

I had an electrical short that melted the plug in the outlet. Ted was quick to respond and came on time as requested. He was great at explaining what needed to be fixed and why .. it's great that he also does handyman work and will be calling him anytime I need work done . Very professional and nice !
