The Repair All Guys

The contract said they would replace the pavers, about 4 under our ramada. Now the rain is here..and its pooling around the new wood posts we had installed. I have to sweep the rain out now when it rains because the problem was not fixed...I guess i have to remove the pavers and do the work myself?

First job they did for me was fine. Second job, not so. They remodeled my bathroom, and the tile work was sub-par. It appeared fine at first, but on the last day they did the grout and unfortunately, being that the grout was done on the last day, I did not see many of these problems until after they were paid and left. On closer examination, it became evident that although they advertise as The Repair All Guys, they should leave tile work to the experts.

The grout lines were different widths. They used cardboard instead of spacers, which I questioned. The pattern changed part of the way through the job. To top it off, when I contacted him, he was unpleasant and would not even come out so that we could discuss the problems. I did finally get the owner to send out one of his men to fix one of the worst problem areas. The remainder, I will eventually pay to have it redone.
