Aron is cocky and arrogant. left us high and dry!! very rude to my wife and kid asking questions. when looking at spending well over $1000 we would figure it was professional to answer? address some concerns but he just blew my wife off as we were in need of water we asked if he had an idea in price and his answer was if you're asking that you cannot afford it! my wife felt very uncomfortable with him. and asked him to leave.

Totally unprofessional!!!!!! Opened the grinder pump. He said it was full of Grease. Had the person he dealt with before on speaker phone. She indicated that he didn't clean out the pump on the last visit. He gets mad says you're gonna make me leave. I'm trying to explain how I get rid of the grease, I'm not dumping grease down the drain. (So I'm gonna just keep paying you $180, really) He tells me I need to do better, I said I'm not crazy, I know I'm not dumping grease. He says, "" I'm the rudest person"" and left! As I stated he opened the grinder pump so of course it smells and he just leaves. So you don't like what's being said, then you need thicker skin! That's how you do business? Since you don't really want to do business, then YOU will fail your business!

Aaron was a complete a-hole. Completely unprofessional! An arrogant little man with a bad attitude. Here is a bit of our text conversation regarding our grinder pump.
*US to The Pump Works: ""The alarm has gone off several times today. Maybe you do need to come out after all.""
We requested an estimate over text. First of all he didn't offer his name when we called The Pump Works...(*RED FLAG WARNING).
I asked him Aaron can you give us an idea what the job might cost before you come out?
*Aaron: ""Yes $180 to service and clean. If you need control floats they are $75 a piece you'll need 2.""
*US: ""It seems to be working fine. Please cancel the appointment. Thank you.""
The next day. *US: The pump alarm started sounding off again.
*Aaron: Lol
[Then a 2nd text from Aaron a few seconds later]:
Enjoy.
Aaron did come out and was snippy. He also had to briefly sledgehammer the cement walkway that the previous owner (a D.I.Y. house flipper cheapskate who for some reason thought the house would sell quicker if the green grinder lid in front of the house was partially paved over and partly landscaped over). Luckily previous owner had poured cheapest quality cement over the grinder pump lid and he'd used unprofessional day laborers to do EVERYTHING. Aaron then told us the pump was bad and needed to be replaced. We had to comply and the job costed us a little over $2,500.
I've been meaning to get around to posting this review.
Sure, he responded promptly, other than that, Aaron's a very poor businessman, who I believe will be just as discourteous to you.
Yeah, his ""Lol...Enjoy"" comment was completely unprofessional.
Trust your gut people.

Aaron responded immediately to a concern we had with a well pump that apparently went bad. According to him the pump was really old and needed to be replaced. He smelled smoke coming from it. He was very hasty about the job and after my manager called him to appear he came and apparently had some sort of confrontation with her. Rarely if ever do I have to get involved with contractors that my manager dispatches. We manage over a dozen homes in the area, with no issues. She is sweet and very nice with everyone so when there was someone she couldn't get along with I had to get involved.

When we spoke he seemed very quick to display his superiority saying things like ""I'm the man"", ""I know everything about it"" and being quick to dismiss any form of questions from someone who needed some explanation about what exactly he was going to do. We talked and ended well, I understand he was a ""business man"" and wanted to do it and be done. I received an invoice that evening for services allegedly rendered.

The next day, I got a call from him saying that the job is done and that even though there was a high water table, he installed the pump. He wanted to be paid. I didn't think it was an issues since he did something for me in the past, but after he insisted I asked if he turned the water on, he said he didn't want to go upstairs. It started to seem fishy so I asked him to go back and turn the water on. He said ""will you pay me for this visit?"" I said ""no, since you didn't finish the job"" to which he replied ""Ok, I'll handle this my way"".

Later, I found out he went and took out his pump and put the old one back in. I found out that he told my manager to turn the water on and since the water wasn't ""prepped"" in some way all the sediment that was in the water, with clay, dirt, sand went into every crevasse of my house. It clogged all the portals and now we have to run around, replacing each and every piece of equipment, costing me $100's!!!

I never write bad reviews, I don't believe in it. I believe in making good business decisions and working together to fix any issues we have. It didn't seem like this was going to work, so I am submitting this review in hopes that people make sure they know who it is they are working with.

Update: I emailed him asking if he was going to compensate me for breaking all the fixtures in my home with the dirty, to which his response was:
""Dude you're crazy. I'm sure you get paid before renters get to your houses, just like i expect to get paid when services are complete. ... Nevermind I'm done with this conversation, this isn't what I'm about, besides I can see my 827 credit score dropping as I talk to you. Good luck in life I wish you the best.
