Robert came out this morning and was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting our faucet, dishwasher, and garbage disposal connected. His quote was the actual price he charged me on the invoice. I had my toilet flooding my bathroom and called The Pros!! They were able to come out the same night and clear my clogged mainline. They did a camera inspection in my sewer and found roots! We were hearing some water dripping behind the wall below the kid's bathroom. We also noticed some water bubbles in the tile. My husband contacted Pro's Plumbing and Drains. They came out at the time agreed upon. From the time Robert and Carlos enter my home, they were very professional, and informative on what they will be doing to assist with finding the leakage. I had a small pinhole leak in my ceiling. I was told the cost would be $280, that was before they saw the problem. I opened the area to a 1'x1' opening and had The Pro's come out to fix it. They didn't have to find it or cut away anything to get to it. It took less than 45 minutes to fix it. The bill remained $280. I found the standard price for plumbers is $195 an hour. I called and asked why the high amount. I was told that they have newer equipment that cost $4,000 that allowed them to fix it so fast and the cost needs to be passed on. I don't believe that. The quick fix was because they didn't have to find the leak or cut away to get to it. It would have taken any plumber the same amount of time to fix it. It's unfortunate because I have other plumbing I need done, but I won't be calling The Pros.
