Our hot water heater died a week ago. We called The Property Medic at 830 am, and they came to our house within 30 minutes. The repairman removed old hot water heater, and installed new one within 2 hours. Very professional, knowledge able, and friendly. Great service and highly recommend. John K

Randy, Chloe and team are the best! They were literally a Godsend. Our first contractor did the demo then walked off the job leaving us hanging. Several neighbors recommended The Property Medic. BEWARE RIP OFF COMPANY !!!!!!!! I was in Germany when a plumping occurred in my Florida Condo.The tap in the bathtub only put out hot water.Our friend at our complex asked our office for a recommendation for a plumber.The referred him The Property Medic. They replaced a part and sent us a bill $650 which listed the part $205 an 5 hours labor $445.00. I called Property Medic,from Germany,to complain about the bill,then they send me another bill which reduced the hours of labor from 5 to 3 and the new total to $472.00. When i returned to Florida I checkt on the beach hardware store and found the Parts 2 was only $ 30. The labor to replace the part should not have taken more than 1 hour...... I again called Property Medic and ask why they hat inflated the price of the Part.Their response was that the bill had already been paid. My advice to anyone looking for honest plumbers.Never again.

Horrible company. They installed a new A/C unit a year ago. Cape inspector had 2 pages of deficiencies. Would not sign off on it. Property Medics have been back at least 6 times over the last year for repairs on a new unit. Now we wake up too a hot house NO AIR. Call the owner and he refuses to come fix it again. Owner is rude, unprofessional and out right a scam artist.

Nathan and Cole are lovely guys and they have always looked after me very well. I have now used them several times and they always go out of their way to make sure that I am completely satisfied. I have seen other work that they have done in my neighborhood and have spoken to their clients. Everyone is very happy with their work.
