Not sure what is going on but the Pro Team has ghosted me after using them for the last year. They came out nearly 3 months ago to repair a mini-split and needed to order a part and all I get is silence. And they also have not performed on my service contract. After 4 weeks of them looking at my broken mini-split I hear nothing on the part they were to order. So I call to check on the part. Spoke to a nice gentleman and he told me a tech on that order quit, but they will expedite handling of this since they dropped the ball. A new tech was coming out to reconfirm the part needed and then they will order it. The tech was also going to go my semi-annual service on the house hvac at the same visit since it was also now time for that service. The tech no showed me. I called back and was told someone would call me to reschedule the hvac semi-annual service. I told them I'm not concerned about that so let's delay it until the same day the mini split gets repaired since all can be done the same day. I was told on phone they are ordering the part needed for the mini-split since the new tech was only coming for a second option. They can forgo the second opinion since they have all the details from the original tech that quit on what's needed. 3 weeks later I checked in after once again, no updates for me. I was told the proper person would call me back. Nothing. 4 weeks later, I checked in again. I was again told the proper person would call me with an update on the part order and to get the repair scheduled. Again. Nothing. It's now another week and this is now 3 months total dealing with this unresponsive company that at this point has not performed the service contract I paid for nor have they ever got back to me on repairs they committed to complete. I now have no choice but to realize this company has ran off with my service contract money and is not going to repair my mini-split. This week I now will be hiring another company.

I purchased my AC from this company when they were still """"Stay Cool"""" in 2020. My thermostat when blank last week before I was leaving on a business trip out of the country, so I called to have them come out to fix. I purchased warranty and a maintenance plan mind you. 9 calls to their dispatchers and NOT ONE CALL BACK!!!! And no one could get me to a Supervisor. I was GHOSTED!!!! So I had to call another company to come out and fix it so that my wife and son could have AC here in sunny Florida. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!

Half star. If I can, I can give under half. This is the damage this company made for installation the new air condition,after a month ,it start leak,and they have been called multiple times , every time they say will be call you back and they never call and never do anything to help. That s their value. The calls have been going on for over three months with no reply. So be careful this company service !

The Pro Team sent a sales tech to the house and quoted us $750 for a job. The company then sent a work order verifying the job for $750 and scheduled a work date of July 5th. The company did not show to complete the work and rescheduled for July 8th at 10:00am. Once again they failed to show without notice. I contacted the main office and was told they would get back to me on their failure to keep there appointment. The main office never responded back. On July 8th at 2:22pm, Juan the sales manager contacted me stating they would not do the job for $750 and now wanted $2000. I informed Juan that his sales tech quoted me verbally $750 and that the main office confirmed that price with a work order email. Juan stated he would not honor their quoted/emailed price. This is a horrible business pratice and its not how customers should be treated.

This company has not passed inspection three times and now refuses to contact me to do the necessary work to fix the problem. I want to file a class action suit against them so if you're interested let me know

One word Run I had a brand new unit installed and they failed to install the air handler incorrectly trying to talk to someone since 4 weeks leaving messages and e mail without response pretty shameful and unprofessional borderline criminal if I ask me
