I called American Home Servuces home warranty to put in a claim to unstop my kitchen sink. They assigned it to Prime Plumbing Services. Jackie came out one day in an unmarked van. He spent a total of about 15 minutes to evaluate my problem. He said he couldnt fix it because there was no access port. He went outside and said if i had a gas exhaust pipe they would go through it. I had to tell Jackie i did have a exhaust pipe and where it was. Jackie said he couldnt do anything. A special team would have to come out. But first he had to check with AHS to see if it was covered. He made no attempt to try and run a snake to unclog my sink. He didnt even touch any of the pipes. He did absolutely nothing. Yet, they still charged me $100 service fee. Completely useless. And you can guess that AHS said they would not cover """"a special crew to go through the gas exhaust pipe."""" It took Jacjie and AHS over a week to tell me they fleaced me outta my service fee and done absolutely nothing. I could've called a real plumber much sooner. I feel like i was robbed.
