Do not use this plumber. And absolutely do not pay him any money up front. Here is Charlie's m.o... He'll ask for a bunch of money up front that will not be used on your job. It will go to another or just to pay his bills. Then you won't see him for months. He'll keep his message inbox full so you can't leave him a message but he'll know you called. He preys on the elderly and the handicap. My father was both of those. He paid him upfront for a service I found out later was never needed and was never performed. Charlie kept the money and never did the job. Talk to other plumbers in the area and you'll learn the extent of his scams. Check other social media for more info. My realtor told me some horror stories about clients that used him, as well as former employees of Charlie's father. I was told by multiple people that we should all file complaints with the D.A. because there is a very clear pattern of elder abuse. Abuse to the point of him screaming and cursing at older women. Charlie - you still owe my father $300 on that septic tank repair that never happened. Go to the bank of America in Exeter and deposit it in his account. He's had removed my review several times. I will keep posting it.

Charlie is an upstanding, honest, hardworking individual. I would recommend him if you needed a plumber. Very good work ethic.

Very unprofessional Owner by name Charlie ..very disappointed with with work he did in our home..promises how much he's going to work with you but leaves you hanging with undone work ..but he made sure I paid him 1st before job was even done...when he rerouted our water system our dishwasher was never hooked up....& don't get me started how he comes and goes with excuses of how he had to go to airport ..someone passed away ..he had an emergency ect...which he has to leave and he'll be back..probably doing other calls and just leave you hanging...
He didn't hook up my swamp cooler and told me to call him back and he'd do it...well that never happened ...we have contacted several times but gives us lies about how he will come by and hook up our bathroom shower that has no running water.. Now I'll have to waste more money paying someone else on his half done job..sad how I run into you ""Charlie"" in Exeter & you turn around avoiding me... I deleted my post months ago cus he was a local company ..I really like his Father Mike....but at this point I have to let others know to be careful...Charlie I really thought you were a company of integrity..what a shame!!!

Charlie promised the repiping work would take three days but it took more than a week and half. I have paid him 50% down payment before he started the job. I am mad because he has cut the concrete and left me a hole near the water meter not filling it back, but I have already paid him in full with cash. He called and told me excuses last week why he could not come such as Monday he went to a funeral and Wednesday he fell.
