Our garbage disposal went out and I called Barrett. He was able to come over the same day and help us. He actually got it working again and was doing great but went out about a week later. So he responded quickly and replaced it with a new one. He did a great job and I appreciated that he tried to save us money first. His prices are excellent and his service is amazing. So I only write reviews when I feel the service is exceptional. This is one of those occasions.
The basics:
1) Not only does he show up for the appointment but he's on time.
2) The price is fair and reasonable from the start. There's no haggling because there's no need for it. The price is reasonable.
3) He leaves the space clean. No dirty fingerprints everywhere, no trash left out, no dirty shoe prints, no tools sitting on my furniture. He even vacuumed after each job. Amazing!!

The extras:
He is kind, friendly, honest, and gets to the point. All qualities so very rare to find these days. He doesn't talk down to you. He doesn't pressure you into the job. His calmness helps make a stressful situation not so bad.

Moral of the story, we found our go to plumber. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Miller.

We cannot say enough kind things about Barrett Miller who came to our house on very short notice and fixed several leak issues, saving our house from disastrous damage. He was on time, prepared, quick to turn around an insurance report, willing to speak to multiple family members, he was extremely kind to my elderly mother-in-law who lives alone in the house, and he fixed the problem quickly, the price was actually less than he quoted (for sure less than we made it clear we were willing to pay) and he had an extremely reasonable price. He said exactly what the issue was and ordered parts and came back right when expected. Not only was he so capable, I knew immediately he was someone that I could trust and I felt that he treated my mother-in-law as if she were his own. We will love to give him more business in the future. I can't recommend anyone with more enthusiasm! He really saved us and diverted a potential panic situation for our mother-in-law and avoided a lot of excess water damage to our house. He is simply THE BEST plumber we could ever have hoped for!

Mr. Miller did an amazing job with installing our outdoor gas line for the outdoor fireplace and installing the fireplace in our home.
We had him handle installing the water softener.
