This Terry person is not a good dude. Complete and udder lack of just basic human interaction. Constantly slammed my doors coming in and out the house. he had to turn my water on and off for some plumbing issue and when I asked if he was going to fix the pressure before he leaves he laughed and said I'm dealing with the heat issue. He left my house on multiple occasions unlocked and coming home to find your door unlocked is extremely concerning. Complete disregard for clients well being and obviously he lacks an extreme amount of professionalism. Don't do business with them. And yes he's definitely homophobic

Terry came to my house to give me a quote on connecting my gas grill. I was glad to call a local guy, especially since he sponsored a team in my kid's little league. After he left he didn't get back to me for days, then after 3 text messages and a phone call he finally did--only to say he wasn't interested in doing the job. When I asked why, he wouldn't say. He was very dodgy on the phone and just kept repeating ""it's just not the kind of job I want to do."" I immediately wondered whether he's homophobic. I have no idea if that's true but in the absence of any other information that's where the mind goes.

Amazing! Terry wasn't able to make it to our house for the first scheduled appointment, but gave us plenty of warning and rescheduled for the following day. Very prompt, polite and solid work. He had everything he needed to fix our rickety toilet and was very diligent. Highly recommend for anyone in the area needing assistance with plumbing!

I called Terry based on the good reviews on Yelp. The day I first scheduled for him to come by he didn't show, but he called and left me a message that evening to apologize and reschedule. The second time I called him, he came by that day, on time. He took his time and did a great job, and all at a reasonable price. I'll definitely call him again.
