Called the store two days ago and got no help over the phone, so I lugged my pool pump to the store. All I needed was some fittings. The young kid was nice but still learning so didn't have the knowledge. He referred me to the older employee who was rude throughout, constantly making snarky comments. I quickly learned he didn't know what he was talking about and didn't seem interested in helping. He told me to return the next day when they had more parts coming in. I came in two days later to give extra time. He continued to be rude and said all the parts were still on pallets in the back. It became clear that unless your buying an expensive piece, like a pump or a vac, they don't have time for you. Sunshine Pools in Pembroke have always been great, so despite the drive that's where I'll go. These guys might sell you something but the won't help when you have issues, which all pool owners know are frequent and annoying.

Jump to 2021. Got the pool up and filled, andwent straight to the POOL Store. Thankfully Stephanie was there. She tested the pool water. wroteout what I needed to do. Now I can lie back and safely enjoy the summer in the pool. (Not a hint of road rage; I can only rate the service)

Road rage! Nearly killed me in a company van...flipping me off etc then cutting me off. Got their number off the side of the van and Called to speak to someone to let them know an employee did this in a company van (while representing their company) got a machine, started to leave a polite message about what happened and the fellow in question picked up and proceeded to scream and curse at me. So angry!! Total lack of impulse control, doesn't strike me as someone I would want working around my house.
