We had two leaks, on top of a million other things going on. I decided to spare the huz-b and hire someone; I am so glad I picked this service provider. One leak had miraculously stopped (and there wasn't any ""well you should fix it now anyway"" urging) and the other was addressed by Barett in record time, for a reasonable price. In terms of timing, I called late on Saturday morning and was able to get an appointment for today, Monday. Great work!

I asked for a quote over the phone what it would cost to get a drain snaked and then got charged $25 more after work was done. He said the additional $25 was for tools, the snake tool he used for 10min and the truck he drove up in? Sounded fishy but I didn't argue and just paid. I'm a prego female home alone and don't know anything about plumbing. But I asked around and seems I got bamboozled!

The worst nightmare is having a slab leak and not knowing who to call. I read other reviews and chose to call Plumbologist. They were great. Arrived on time. Suggested re routing my leaking pipe instead of tearing up my floors. The work was done fast. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing problems.

I have to commend Plumbologist, Francisco and Jordan for over the top service! Having just experienced a disastrous plumbing nightmare, I was nervous calling in someone else. Jordan spoke with me on the phone, had me send photos and made a recommendation. He sent Francisco out to do the work and he was wonderful, polite and thorough and did the job with expertise. I will certainly call them again and highly recommend them.

I too had an experience with a home warranty (First Amer) ""plumber"". I had a clogged toilet and they said they couldn't fix it and gave me a ridiculous story about taking the toilet apart and it will cost like $1500 etc...all the typical BS these people give.
I called the Plumbologist at 8:30am...Austin was at my house at 9:00 and done by 9:30. TOTALLY FIXED clog! Less than $100!
Super nice guy! Not like the weirdos the home warranty people send out.
