Can't recommend them enough!! Had to shut the water off to my house to stop a flowing broken tub faucet on a Saturday afternoon. Francisco came out within an hour and fixed it quickly. Water back on. Have used The Plumbologists two more times for some basic home repairs ( leaky outdoor faucet, etc) and have received quick and excellent service. Jordan and Francisco are superb!!

I called them at 630 am, and had an appt by 815am, Francisco did a great job replacing my water heater. The only reason I give them a 4 star instead of 5, is they were a little pricey. I left a message with a few companies, for replacing the water heater 40 gal, pan, and installation Plumbologist charged $1245. Another company quoted me 1095 same water heater. Unfortunately the other company could could not come out until the next day. And the 2nd quote was for 1000, unfortunately they called me after my installation was done. Also I priced the water heater and the most expensive one was 850 plus the 10 for the pan (same brand). Install was about 1 1/2 hours, plus another 45 min to pick up the water heater. Also it would have been nice to know that for the size of my house an upgrade to a 50 or 75 gal water heater would be a better option.

Jordan and his team are the best! How many plumbers for you see on Yelp with a 4 star rating much less 5 stars. They are professional and care about repeat customers. See my previous review of other plumbers.
They don't tell you or create problems to charge you more. They just fix what's broken and go. Simply as that. They don't advertise claiming they ""smell good"" or any of that garbage to come to your house once to rip you off.
The Plumbologist is the real deal.

I had a leaking bathroom sink. They were very responsive. I was able to send photos of the problem to avoid a house call and the fees along with it. Most plumbers will charge just to come to the house to look at the problem. They were able to diagnose the problem with the photos. They promptly came and fixed the issue. The plumber that came was polite and happy and he did an excellent job. I will always go to The Plumbologist for my plumbing needs.

Jordan came out and water jetted the garden drain line that is partially coupled with a city landscape line. The city of Santa Clarita had tried to unclog this for several weeks using their landscape crews with ""snakes"", and had no success. Jordan came out with his equipment and two hours later had cleared significant rocks and debris from the line. Excellent work! Showed up and delivered as promised. Extremely professional, honest and reasonable.

We had an emergency water leak, caused by us drilling around the subfloor and called Jordan and his company. He sent out Francisco within an hour and half just like he said. Francisco is a super cool good dude and very skilled. He troubleshooted it and found the solution quickly and efficiently and fixed the problem. The great reviews here are no joke, these guys are the real deal.

I can't say enough good things about this plumbing service! Jordan was so helpful to me! We had a backup in our bathroom where flushing the toilet was causing water (and grossness, ew!) to go into our bathtub and under the toilet. After ""fixing"" it ourselves about 3-4 times, we finally had enough of the ongoing issue.
So I called Jordan who was SUPER knowledgeable about our area. Jordan came by and took a look for us- no charge, and advised to check with our HOA first before his team worked on it- which to me was so kind and selfless. The HOA was no help at all! Their plumber just basically said it wasn't covered and left, not even offering a quote, answers, or any assistance.
Naturally I called Jordan back, and he had his guys out the next morning to clear the line-which ended up being a nasty root in the pipe. Overall, between dealing with a gross plumbing issue and a frustrating hands-off HOA, Jordan was the most helpful and really nice to work with. I felt like he cared about helping us and knew what he was talking about. His guys that came out were very professional and nice. The cost was extremely fair and I will recommend their services to everyone I know!!
