We had a sewer backup recently on a Friday night and after trying to snake it ourselves we decided to call a plumber. Good luck finding someone on a weekend. We called three others on Yelp and everyone was busy or on vacation. Jordan at plumbologist showed up that Saturday and cleared the line. He came back later as promised and videoed the line and showed us roots in the drain. We agreed to a hydro jet treatment and now it looks good as new. Reasonable price and 24 / 7 available. Larry E. Horrible! Initially I was very impressed with the quick response and timely appointment the following day. That, however, was all I ever received. It has now been more than a week and I still have not received a call or an estimate. Needless to say, I have moved on to a reliable company that HAS taken care of my sprinkler issue. I will NEVER call the Plumbologist again.

Had an irrigation drain root blockage issue with water backing up outside. Called yesterday after checking Yelp reviews. They were up front on pricing for hydro jetting the line. Sent Francisco today. He was very clear, friendly and knowledgeable about the process. Excellent work. An hour later a four year old problem was solved.
Will call them in the future when I have plumbing needs.

Called them on a Saturday morning expecting to get an answering machine and they answered the phone! They had someone at my door in about an hour.

We had COMPLETE blockage for two bathrooms... flush one toilet and it comes out of two separate bathtubs.... nasty stuff.

Austin was our plumber and he had that clog fixed in 10 minutes. I was worried about the cost, but their rates are GREAT!!!

I'm only calling The Plumbologist from now on for all my plumbing needs.

Had a slow drain problem where water was coming back up the bathtubs and the toilets. It was not a nice sight. Having just recently bought a house, we had no clue about home repairs and the costs associated added stress.

There is so many good Yelp reviews for plumbers so it was hard to choose. The reviews at Plumbologist appeared to be the most honest, real, and unpaid reviewer. I called Jordan (honest owner) who told me to describe what happened and set me up for an appointment early in the morning for house call emergencies.

Jordan and Francisco (cool guy) came into our home. After looking at our bathrooms and cleanout, Jordan quickly diagnosed that we have a root problem. Francisco used a snake (got stuck) and camera and confirmed Jordan's diagnosis. There was a lot of roots causing drain backup. Jordan recommended we get a Hydro Jetting service. He told me up front what to expect for cost and procedures. I really like that he did that and the prices were reasonable.

Francisco proceeded with the hydro jetting service and even encourage me to look at the sewer camera while he was working. I had a feeling he knew I was a clueless homeowner thinking ""am I getting taken advantage of""? What Francisco did was above and beyond. He educated me about plumbing problems and what to do. He showed me how I can check the cleanout to assess problems before it gets worst. He pointed to the camera monitor to show how far they were cleaning, they got to 70 feet touching the city lines. After a couple of hours it was all done and plumbing now good.

Jordan, Francisco, and The Plumbologist are straight up good plumbers. I hired plumbers expecting to get jipped, instead I got plumbers that I know I can trust and will definitely use in the future.

I had a clogged drain and flapper problem. I called Francisco at Plumbologist and he worked so hard and carefully to diagnose and resolve the problem. He inserted a camera into the drain for a fraction of the price that another plumber had quoted me on the phone. When we called him Francisco came over right away at 8 AM. I am a real estate agent and have used a lot of plumbers with my clients but the honesty,skill and work ethic of Francisco really impressed me. I give Francisco at The Plumbologist my highest recommendation!

I had a clogged sink and I first called mike diamond plumbing, the guy came over said I had weird pipes and that I needed a clean out and jet my pipes cost $2250. I told the guy to get the hell out and not to let the door hit him where the good lord split him. I very quickly with the speed of and Olympian called the Plumbologist. They came they same day and said that I had an obstruction around 20 feet down the line ( smell not so good plumber said he could only snake 4.5 feet) he said that I did in fact need a clean-out and could do it the next day(fast service) he showed up the next day did the clean-out, snaked the drain and fixed all issues. Total damage was$345 that is a heck of a lot cheaper than $2250. All joking aside. These guys especially the owner are very professional, fast, and the biggest thing of all HONEST! I will call them if I ever have an other issues, and will recommend them to anyone no question asked.

I had a badly backed up kitchen sink with standing water.

Called and left yelp messages for several plumbers. One got back quickly but said he couldn't do it today. Jordan from The Plumbologist messaged me back in less than a hour and when I called to set up an appointment he said his guys could be out here this afternoon. (It was around 11am when we talked.) Marcos and Ray showed up within 2 hours, solved my problem and cleaned up afterwards. Nice guys and good work. The Plumbologist will be my go-to plumber if I ever need any more help.
