I had a slow flushing toilet. I called another plumber. The other plumber couldn't find the specific problem but the toilet flushed ok when he was through snaking it. I hoped it was somehow fixed. It wasn't and it continued to flush very slow and weak. After some time I called the other plumber again. This time they found a giant root in the pipe. They removed it and I thought the problem was solved. But it wasn't. The toilet started flushing slow again! I called the other plumber a 3rd time. Of course when he came out, the toilet was having a ""good day"" and flushed ok for him. (Isn't that always the case?). I insisted that there was something wrong with this toilet but he didn't want to do any work on a toilet that seemed ok. So finally when my toilet was still acting up despite 3 calls to the other guys, I called The Plumbologist.

The Plumbologist fixed it!! They found a huge root in the pipe that somehow the other guys missed. They video scoped the pipe and now I know the pipe is definitely clear. My toilet finally works and flushes better than it has in a year!

I'm making The Plumbologist my new go-to plumber.

Just when I thought there were not any honest people left in the home care business along comes Jordan & his company The Plumbologist! My wife and I have a rental property and the new tenants were skeptical about draining their washing machine into the industrial sink installed in the garage. I told the tenants I would call a plumber and have it checked out. After calling 3 different plumbers and not receiving a call back I called the fourth on the list. The Plumbologist. Jordon got in touch with me within 5 minutes of my call and told me that he was in the area and would be able to go over as soon as I got him the address. Only 20 minutes later Jordon called me back and he had inspected the sink and how the washer drain attached to the sink and told me that the sink was in very good condition and that it's somewhat a common setup to have the washer drain as it did. He also spoke to the tenant and assured her this was not an issue and even ran a test of the drain to make sure it was in good working order. Now. He could have very easily of told me that it's going to be XXX dollars and we'll have to install another drain and so fourth and so on but he didn't do that. He gave me the option and told me that he sees no good reason to change anything but if I still wanted to have a separate drain installed he would be willing to do it. And for the kicker to this story, he didn't even charge me. I'm not saying this guy makes free house calls and he did tell me that he was around the corner at the time so I suppose it was convenient for him to run over there but wow! I'm impressed. With his professionalism, honesty and generosity. You got yourself a client now and in the future. Thanks Jordan!!!

Came home July 3rd @ midnight to a garage full of water, all pouring out of my water heater. Woke up the next morning and started calling plumbers local to SCV fearing there would be little help for me the day before the holiday. The Plumbologist's were at my doorstep less than an hour later, then drove all the way to Glendale to find a supplier open to sell them a water heater, drove it back to Santa Clarita and installed it and were out of my garage by noon. I'm very pleased with the work too. They replaced all the copper fittings and pipes that were exposed and cleaned up after themselves. The gentlemen doing the work also showed me the proper way to handle such an emergency the next time it happens. Overall I feel very comfortable contacting them again should I have another plumbing issue....or should I say WHEN I have another plumbing issue.

Jordan and Rafael came to our house on time and in very short notice. We had a main line sewage blockage and they were able to clear root debris to get us back on track. Professional, thorough and clean. They charged a reasonable rate and gave a diagnosis of all our main line issues as a recommendation for further jet cleaning at a later date. Great job overall and recommended.

The day before Easter we walked into our garage to a floor covered with water. We found the leak above the water heater. After going through the yellow pages, we called The Plumbologist. We had Rafael in front of our house in a short period of time. We did become concerned while we waited because it seemed that not only did the line above the water heater have a leak, but a pipe above that and there was moisture on 2 x 4's above that. After inspection, Rafael assured us (and showed us)that the leak came only from the line we originally saw the leak coming from and the others we saw were actually simply dripping from the spray of the one pipe. Thank goodness. Rafael removed and replaced the leaky pipe and cleaned up after nicely. Great response time, honest service, and $120 on a busy holiday weekend. Thanks so very much!
