My shower was dripping. Probably just the inside cartridge. But my home is over 30 years old and this was original. He earned me it might break. It did. He showed me why, thin copper tubing all twisted as soon as you try to twist it off. Put a great Moen in for replacement. Very courteous, timely, efficient. Will definitely hire again.

Great company, if you are looking for a good plumber in the Port St. Lucie/Stuart area I would highly recommend The Plumbing Works. My water heater needed repair and I called them in the evening and they were out promptly early the next morning. My water heater is pretty new but the nipples were so corroded that it was on the verge of an early demise. They were able to remove the extremely corroded old fittings, a tricky thing to do, and replace them with new brass fittings as well as new copper piping and a new expansion tank (the diaphragm on the old expansion tank was shot). This saved me from having to install a new water heater. Their prices are also extremely reasonable. I know when you have a plumbing problem you usually have no idea which company to call but luckily I had them fix something several years ago and they were great so I knew who to call and they did not disappoint.
