Rick is a lifesaver!! He's a terrific plumber but he's also extremely kind and thoughtful. I'm about to have a baby literally any day now and he worked with me to make sure our major emergency plumbing job got handled immediately, fitting me in with all his other jobs, getting extra guys in the job because he appreciated the urgency and scope of the situation! (He even more than patiently put up with all the bureaucracy our home warranty people put us through which I wouldn't wish on anyone.)

As for the plumbing project itself, he handled both the emergency job (so we had working plumbing that night) and the major repair (fixing the underlying issue which was a ticking time bomb for another likely far worse emergency) incredibly quickly and thoroughly. My wife and I feel totally at ease that we had excellent work done at a good price that we can trust will last.

We will definitely be using Rick and his guys for other work and refer them out as often as we can.

Class act. Some idiot flushed a bunch of wipes down the toilet, but we didn't figure out the cause of the Biblical inundation until 15 minutes after I called them. It was a pretty desperate situation--5 other companies said no and all the while, gross flooding everywhere. I appreciated therefore how classy the guy was when I called him to say that we had extracted the offending gob and no longer needed his services. Will use these guys in the future when I actually need them.

Rick said he would be coming on the same day. He never showed up or contacted me back. I tried calling and he never picked up his phone. He doesn't seem very responsive and not very reliable. I wish he told be that he wasn't coming at all so I'm not here waiting for him for hours.

Now Rick is the most trusted plumber for me!! He came to my appt Saturday night and cleaned the pipes till the point where I can use sink (it turnt out our landlords have not been doing plumbing maintenance and I have 3 episodes of internal flooding for 1 month). He did above and beyond, just for me to able to use the bathroom sink!! I will definitely go to him AGAIN, if there are plumbing issues. I'm so lucky to have met him! Thank you Rick!

Could not recommend Ricky more! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. He had to track down rare parts for a very old toilet and did so without a problem. Kept me updated on the situation and did a great job. I felt 100% comfortable leaving him in my apartment unlocked so he could come and go. Early Sunday I discovered a broken water pipe in the front yard. I tried several listings (yellow pages and web-sites) to find someone who would come in an emergency and on a Sunday. I contacted a few companies and they were either very expensive or they had an answering machine to leave a message. Meanwhile water was pouring into the street gutter.
Next on my list was Rick (The Plumbing Two). I saw that they had great ratings and now I know why. At 6am, he answered right away and when I explained the problem, he said he'd be right out. He immediately called EBMUD to turn off the water, and he sent two of his team, who were nearby, right out and they got to work. Rick arrived shortly after and assessed what needed to be done, gave me a very fair price, and was able to do the work so that my driveway wasn't torn up. It was a lot of digging and some sidewalk replacement. I also asked him to look at why my tub, etc, was draining slowly. He checked everything and then went under the house. He took pictures so I could see the problem. The sewer pipe was old, decaying and clogging up. This was also a huge project That needed doing. I asked if he could fix it. He gave me another VERY good price and expertly managed his team to work on both huge projects at once. By 2pm I had water service. and by 5pm everything was done and all cleaned up. I think it would have taken other companies 2-3 days to do the work. Rick, Santiago and the rest of the crew were wonderful and so nice, and very patient with all my questions. I highly recommend them.
