Finding a plumber who's Reliable, Efficient and Reasonable is a blessing and Rick De Leon of The Plumbing Two has all of those qualities. He replaced my hose bib(outdoor faucet) in record time, even accounting for a trip to our local Moran Plumbing Supply. Before arriving he kept me informed about his ETA and arrived as promised.
He knew my Temescal, Oakland neighborhood very well, as he's done some large multi-building re-plumbing here. Although my project was small I know why contractors hire him. So should you!

The best. The heat went out over the holidays on my tenants in the house I lived in for about 10 years. I felt bad, and I needed to move fast. Also, I'm remote, and I was dealing with all of this from San Diego. Rick was referred to me by another heating specialist because he had expanded expertise with tankless water heaters and radiant floor heating. In no time, Rick and his team had (i) replaced a 50ish year old, 1970s Sears Roebuck dual wall heater furnace, (ii) serviced a tankless water heater that had been neglected on my part, and (iii) sourced a hard-to-find thermostat replacement for the radiant floor heat in our kitchen. This was all done at very reasonable prices compared to other estimates I received. We had a slight issue with the new furnace where it kept switching off, but Rick and his team came out in the evenings and weekends to make sure the issues were diagnosed and addressed with the tenants. Rick and his team are men of their words, and they stand by their work. Highly recommend, 6 out of 5 stars.

Rick without a doubt is the most honest, fair, and reliable plumber I have encountered. I hired Rick for a toilet overflow at my home that I shared with my family. When I called he was there within 15 min. I was so impressed with his professionalism that I hired him for a job at my investment property.

What I thought would be a 15-20min turned into a fiasco that Rick was able to solve.

Rick not only responded at 4:30am in the morning, but him and his guys stayed on-site until the problem was identified until 9pm.

The plumber I hired to connect the sewer lateral missed an entire pipe leading to an overflow in all of the units and displacement of all of the tenants.

Without Rick, I wouldn't have had the evidence I needed to hold the previous plumber legally liable for the botched job.

Rick honestly goes above and beyond with his service and I've never seen any contractor have as much integrity as him. Rick takes pride in his service and I would without a doubt recommend you hire him for every job, small or large.

Long story short, HIRE RICK AND THE PLUMBER TWO!!! You won't regret it!!!

Highest recommendation for Rick, owner of The Plumbing Two. He helped figure out , clean up and resolve a serious leak problem necessitating almost a new kitchen, involving my dishwasher, hot water heater, and EBMUD water pressure. I had thought the problem was resolved after the last 2 very damaging leaks, but the pressure release valve had been installed incorrectly. He is really prompt, calls in and/or updates ETA's, photo documents what he's done. The best plumber I've met, and in the last few years I've worked with 6 other ones over the last few years due to this problem. Some were good, but Rick is great.

Stay away from this service! Unclear price upfront, ridiculous overpriced on the work he does, bring many guys who are not qualified for the job. Very fishy guy.

It is so stressful when your mom calls Friday night at 7pm and tells you that there is no hot water. Add the fact that you don't live next door and a language barrier, stress levels were high.

So thankful to be able to get a response on a Saturday morning. Willingness, professionalism, efficient, and EXCELLENT reasonable pricing all are characteristics of a 5/5 business.

But what sets Rick apart? He explains to you what the problem is, in laymen terms like a car mechanic would, the ""why"", the testing to diagnose the problem, before fixing the problem. I appreciate his systematic approach.

Also - He didn't charge me for the time he spent at Home Depot for buying the parts. 10/5 stars!!!!!!!!

His phone was ringing nonstop while he was at my job, he's busy, but you'll want him with your plumbing job.

I highly recommend this business. Response was quick and Rick is a master in his trade. We had sump pump issues and he gave us a quote, explained in detail what was wrong, and gave a good price. He had to correct a lot of mistakes that the previous plumber made. The job probably only took about an hour and he even provided updates via text through the different stages. Hands down the best plumber I ever had. Will definitely be calling Rick for any future plumbing work.
